Second purchase from UN Sports Nutrition, my item was open when I received it, the cap on the bottle was broken and when the company called me I was informed a member of staff had already taken some, I was offered either a replacement or some "freebies" with my next order if I wanted to continue to use the product, in fairness to the chap that called me he was honest about the mishap but i still don't want to be receiving spoiled goods when I'm paying full price for a new unopened item. My replacement should have been delivered on Friday but the delivery company haven't been the most helpful to deal with when I contacted them 3 times on the day of the "attempted delivery"(I was at home all day), each time I was told the delivery driver would be back in a few minutes, they are now closed over the bank holiday weekend so I'm without my supplement!! Very disappointing service this time around I'm afraid, I will purchase again, I just hope next time that there will be an improvement or else I will have to look elsewhere!!!
