Failed to deliver again!

Our goods where due to arrive for our company launch; needless to say it didn't arrive .when I called the where unable to find it and no apology. Looking at the shipping details the delivery detail where printed at 6.55pm on the agreed delivery date clearly they had no intention of meeting the agreement. Blatant disregard for customer service and rude driver. now looking at the other reviews I can see this is a company that good at failing;

Useless, untrustworthy

According to my tracking they attempted to deliver my parcel but never left a calling card so guessing they didn't even make the first attempt. The finally came back a few days later and left a blank calling card with no info about where my parcel was. I had to log in and check via my tracking to be told that my parcel was with a neighbour. It wouldn't have hurt to write the house number on the card.
I have sinced used ups to return a parcel, I arranged puck up online but they never showed up so had to ring customer services to arrange another day.
Absolutely appalling service. Will not use again

Rubbish, useless .... dont use this company!

drop off my parcels on wednesday 26/3/14 in one of their drop off point .... clearly said if i drop off before 12 noon is possible my parcel will arrive on next day. well until today 28/3/14 my parcel still on transit ... so i rang them ... the costumer service told me the driver pick up my parcels on thrusday and will arrive on monday .....and she cant give me any reason why the driver pick up my parcel on thrusday not wednesday ... so what the point I pays for next day delivery? its contains foods that's why I choose next day delivery .... make me angry .... really angry .... the costumer service not nice .... the tracking system is useless .... and no idea why the driver pick up my parcels next day which is my parcels should arrive to my costumers
i dont trust this company anymore .... no apologize .... no refund ... no contact from them .... big name with low standard service ....

Useless!!

So i paid extra for a package to be delivered next day, which is supposedly 'guaranteed'. Unlike other couriers they cannot give you an estimate time of arrival, only between 9am and 7pm. Because of this I booked the day off work as i desperately needed it to arrive. Despite waiting in all day until 7pm, with it apparently being on the van ready for today, i get an update at 7.20pm saying its been delayed until the next working day! Why could of they not told me this earlier!!! Their customer support is also complete rubbish, and seems they have no idea where the packages even are! If you can, avoid at all costs!

A delivery company that doesn't deliver?

I ordered my item with Amazon Prime delivery expected for Friday the 21st. I make sure when I order things I get them sent to my works as someone is guaranteed to be here from 0600-1900 however, nothing came. It was still showing 'out for delivery' at 10pm at night. I contact Amazon who advise no attempt was even made to deliver on Friday... so why not? This wasn't just a delivery for me which would be bad enough, it was a delivery for a family member who's birthday was that weekend. So that's just great when I fail to give them anything due to UPS failing their own service. I wasn't contacted by UPS to advise my delivery would fail or had been failed no contact what so ever. It's now due to be delivered today Monday the 24th by 'end of business day' well, I'll be keeping my fingers crossed. I am not at all impressed with this so called service.

If I were you, I'd steer clear!

I booked a collection for Friday 14 March. Today is Thursday 20 March. The parcel is still with me. The system updates the collection date every day to the next day. I have just sent a cancellation request as I simply can't afford to wait any longer. I'll use the competition.

I have a feeling that unless you're a big contractor requiring shipment services in large volumes and on a regular basis, UPS will treat you like a third-category customer.

BOTTOM LINE: Don't use UPS!

Worst company going!!!!!!DO NOT USE!!!!

Ordered something from the states for over $300 p&p $36.99,had the tracking on it everyday.missed the first two attempes as the driver knocked once just drove off as i did not get to the door in 10 seconds flat.so that day sent an email saying please send after 3pm...2.25 they try again and now cause they have said tried three times they are gonna send back to sender!!was on the phone for over an hour and they cant even cancel thr parcel going all the way back to the states!so now have no parcel which is worth $300.utter joke no manager on duty when u phone jusy dome person with poor english who just repeat them selves!!!!!!SHAMEFULL

AWFUL SERVICE!

My urgent parcel that should have been delivered in 1 business day, was not delivered at all. I even have not got any notices such as receiver was not at home or something like that. I ended up going to their depot (that is quite far from my home and needs taking bus). I also think that the system, when a receiver is not notified on the day, at what time expect delivery does not work. It means that I should sit whole day at home and wait for my parcel, which is inconvenient.

Beggars Belief.

I've been waiting for an urgent parcel that their own delivery commitment states will be delivered in 2 business days, however 3 business days later the package still hasn't been delivered.
It's now Friday afternoon and I needed the goods for this weekend so thanks to UPS that's the weekend ruined!!
Their customer service agents are as much use as a chocolate teapot, having a tooth extracted would be less painful and a more pleasant experience then trying to communicate with them.
Never ever again will I order from anyone who uses UPS

Update:
The 2nd part of the order arrives in the UK and the tracking website states it is scheduled for delivery today however at 13.00 it has not even left the depot!!

Words can not describe

I am so incredibly disappointed with the UPS service and website. Having been unavailable to receive a parcel I changed the delivery date and duly took time off work to stay home to collect the parcel. The online tracker said it was out for delivery all day and all day I waited. Needless to say the parcel did not arrive. I have checked this morning and once again the parcel said it was out for delivery (c.7am) but at 9am I received an email saying they are now holding the parcel with no expected delivery date displayed. Absolutely fruitless methods of contacting UPS, their website is not up to par and I'm so very dissapointed with their service.

East to track, fast delivery and greeted by friendly courier. Excellent service

After having issues with courier services before, Hermes being the worst, I was inspired to leave this review as I usually don't bother. This was easy to track, I knew when to expect the delivery, so no waiting around. I had my last two deliveries from UPS and each time I had the parcels in 2 days from day of order. The courier that delivered was so friendly, even in the extreme weather and a quick signature was required and I'm a happy customer. Thank you UPS!

Never delivers

I have been waiting for over a month to receive a parcel that was sent with UPS. The first time wasn't received at all and the company i have purchased from resend it. the second time UPC claims that that the parcel was delivered to me and that i have signed for it. Quite difficult as i wasn't at home when the parcel "delivered". When i called them to find out they claimed again that i have signed for it and they are not at fault. If i want to request an investigation i should ask the company i have purchased from to do it.
Later i am waiting for a parcel sent from Italy to UK - through a local courier company that works with UPS - but the parcel is again lost. They ask me for the reference number that i don't have as it was not provided by the local courier. then they ask the UPS account number of the local courier that is being used internally. I have given them my address but they can't locate it and they refused to try to help. particularly unhelpful and never is their Fault.

update: finally found it as i have requested the tracking number from the local courier. The problem for not delivering was that the company name was missing....but that would be consider normal as is residential address .......

beyond inept

I ordered an item of Adidas (who for the record have been awesome) Sat in all day awaiting the arrival of my parce , no parcel arrived. Looked online and it said delivered. Now I dont know if you have looked at delivery details off UPS but instead of actual information it will just say delivered chadderton no actual address so barring being able to have stalked the driver you now have no idea where the parcel is.
I contacted Ups about it and lets just say next time ill save myself the cash and go and talk to a lamp post. Adidas went out of their way to get my parcel to me even to discovering where it had been delivered to and giving me another item as a sorry.
Unfortunately the item was ordered for an event 2 days after the order was placed, the item was finally discovered 8 days after initial delivery date.
Ups have sinced apoligised perfusely especially after I mocked up a invoice for the hours I had taken ( and yes hours) to find this parcel and costs incurred tryingto find it.


Needless to say they didnt go to the wrong address again.

What a waste of time send emails and dont have the parcel

This company don't care how much time you waste waiting for them they send emails saying they are going to deliver to you and then say sorry haven't got the parcel didn't collect it. They think sorry repairs everything I wonder If I say sorry I wont have to pay them because they have no consideration for your time or money incompetent don't come close rude and all the time they charge you on their 0844 telephone line you pay when they make mistakes

Unreliable - Untrustworthy - Extremely poor care for customer

Had a package being delivered today, was in the whole day, person who sent the package to me said it mad been marked as "Signed for" by someone other than me, did a little search to find the package to find it outside the front door opened and the item inside stolen, no note through my letterbox about it being left there and no attempt to notify me that they were outside waiting.

Unacceptable behaviour, extremely disappointed would avoid UPS at all costs based on this.,

There is no communication between the seller and UPS regarding substantial custom charges that have already been paid for by the store - Parcel going back and forth to the depot with the customer caught in the middle -UPS demanding hundreds of pounds despite this being prepaid with store..

On Thursday I have bought an item online that I needed urgently on Monday. Seller has kindly offered to send it by courier to ensure that I do received it on time. I have taken day of on Monday and waited for delivery that never arrived. Tracking information on UPS website kindly informed me that I was unavailable for delivery ???? and next scheduled delivery is on Thursday..... Ok, I took day of on Thursday again and waited for delivery. I even contacted customer service to ensure that they do deliver. They have assured me I will receive my package by 6:30 pm... Well, I did not received it. Checked Tracking information on website and it said it will be delivered next business day, Friday.I called up customer service again and was assured someone will call me first thing in the morning to discuss this... I have no use of discussion. I needed delivery on Monday, not Friday ( if it arrives tomorrow). . Any purchases I make online in future I will request to be send via [Reference] instead, as obviously UPS has no control over their own business.

Very helpful and very pleasant staff AND RELIABLE !!!

I have many parcels delivered by this company and never a problem. THE ITEM ARRIVES ON TIME this is very helpful to so I can plan my times for my orders.
Well done UPS and most importantly the guy's who deliver.
