They threaten to take additional money for items you don't purchase
This company is the worst I have ever interacted with. I ordered 1 Asus PCI wireless card and received 1 Asus PCI wireless card. However a few weeks later they contacted me to inform me that they had accidentally sent two to me. I explained that I received only one item. Since then, every few weeks I get an idiotic email threatening to take my money for a card that we both agree I never purchased. If they actually go through with this, it will be theft. We both agree I never ordered a second item. If I had received a second item in error they would be welcome to collect it. It's a bit tricky to return an item that was never ordered or received. No one listens, and despite this obviously being a mistake of theirs I've had to spend hours sorting this mess out.

good & efficient delivery, but not so good customer service afterwards
I bought a Motorola defy plus from ur mobile. As for delivery service, everything was excellent - I can't fault it at all. However the warranty information was missing from the product (their website suggested the box contacted warranty info). I contacted them by email to ask about this about 4 times over the following 3 weeks and had no reply whatsoever from them (they seem to have 3 different emails according to what piece of literature you are looking at, and I sent the email to all addresses). I had to phone them up in the end as they appear to completely ignore customer service email requests. So, I would say in conclusion excellent service UNLESS you need after-sales service in which case these people seem sadly lacking unless you phone them up, which seems a bit 1990s for supposedly online retailer .

Fab result from mistaken start!
I had a problem with warranty on my DORO615 so called up UR MOBILE where I thought I had bought it originally. They were terrific! Only problem was I had bought it from another company. Eventually got it sorted by the kindness of UR MOBILE so thought it only fair that I bought my next one from them. As expected, great price, speedy delivery (18 hours) and am now a very happy bunny.

Brilliant Service when I bought my Galaxy Note
This company are great. I ordered a Galaxy Note online and then needed to change the delivery address. Phoned their customer service team who were really helpful and it still got delivered on time. The price i paid was excellent and it came delivered with no damage and well packaged.

Great Deal and Fast Delivery
I bought a Motorola Pro+ Mobile phone off these guys and after I had shopped around this was definitely the cheapest Android phone I could find with a Qwerty keypad on the web. I ordered it a 2pm and it was with me next morning which was great because my blackberry had been stolen and this was a great cheaper replacement.
