We are very sorry to hear that you have a dispute over warranty.
Have you tried to contact us via message on the site to give us the opportunity to assist you? Of course we would not like to lose a previously loyal customer and will be happy to call you and discuss how we can help you with the situation that you are faced with.
Our general terms and conditions including warranty are very transparent on our website and the warranty is as follows:
19. The Hudson Reed Warranty
Exceptional quality is one of the key factors contributing to Hudson Reed's success. We offer a 10 year warranty, unless otherwise stated, against manufacturing defects on all products when used in normal domestic applications (excluding serviceable parts, neglect or abuse). Additionally, we guarantee the surface finishing, ten years on chrome (unless otherwise stated) and five years on stainless steel.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights. If any of the provisions above are contrary to any relevant legislation, then that provision shall be deemed to be excluded from the warranty and the rest of the provision(s) will apply.
We would ask that you get in touch so that we can offer some help.
