Didnt get offer and delivery problems
There was an offer online but I didnt get it and customer service didnt reply to my email. Also there were delivery problems but that is probably not USNs fault and more due to the delivery company.

Great company
Have ordered from USN multiple times since I started muscle building. I've tried different brands of muscle building products such as Met-Rx, Body Supreme and Nutrisport, but none seem to match the quality and effectiveness of USN products. The delivery time is great, with me waiting no more than 2 working days for my orders. I would definitely recommend ordering from USN to anybody who is looking to see fast results.

Over priced
The product was just what wanted but after checking with other suppliers found it to be expensive as I paid £38 for 1kg whereas I could get 2.28kg for £42 from other suppliers apart from price I have no complaints

USN are great but they need to change their Courier before I buy from them again.
The service from USN is ok, it's the courier they use that are useless. I have ordered three times from USN and all three times I have had a problem with delivery. Not impressed and won't order from USN again until they courier with a different courier. I don't mind paying courier fees, I would rather pay and get my order than have it free.

SPEEDY DELIVERY AND GOOD VALUE
I tried to put in an order on Thursday 18th and my internet went down, I got an email the next morning saying we notice you did not complete your order is anything wrong. I went back in on Friday 19th and placed an order and received it Monday 22nd. The text updates are very useful giving you an idea of when it will arrive.

Unbeatable!
USN products have always been up there with the best, in terms of quality, value and (sometimes most importantly) flavour. The delivery on web orders is also brilliant - text message updates about the day of delivery (less than 48 hours after placing order), and then the expected time. Both were spot on. I would highly recommend the Protein Dessert for anyone with a sweet tooth who is conscious of their figure!!

Pure Protein IGF - 1 is actually listed on the Web site as pure Protein gf-1 with different ingredients, however, product delivered is igf-1

sent the wrong item?
Couldn't fault the delivery service but, I ordered a white and blue training vest, however they sent me a black vest? Fortunatly I still like the item.
A shame that usn didn't inform me of this change, I will think twice from now on about ordering from them again as they didn't send me what I had ask for/ordered

Easy, Efficient and Quick
The website is easy to use and well laid out. My order was the next working day and delivered by DPD which meant I was given a 1 hour time slot. This was a repeat of a previous order but the first time I have written a review. I got a 1kg tub of muscle fuel mass to try, £15 and free delivery seems like a great price to me considering the free delivery. Dispatch was prompt.
