Good quality product & service.
I ordered Protein IGF-1, Creatine 4x * L-Glutamine. The protein is great tasting, I ordered cappuccino flavour; mixes well, no bloating, dosn't give any bad taste left over or horrible bits left in shaker. L-Glutamine is really easy to take, i mix it in with juice or water; it mixes well & really easy to take. Creatine capsules are a bit big & take some getting use to for taking them. Plenty liquid is needed to get them down. I have only started taking each product about a week ago, notice some changes already such as muscle tone & muscle recovery is much quicker with using L-Glutamine. There is L-Glutamine in the protein so if i do miss taking it on it's own, i know i am getting it in the protein shake. Haven't taken the creatine yet every day, I have only taken them once to see how they are for swallowing. I amused to drinking my creatine so I will have to wait & see how the capsules work for me.
The delivery service is good, order came within a couple of days. An email t let you know when the order is dispatched wild be good or to notify that on your account.
I ma keen to try another product from another company next time, so i can compare the products, how well they work for me, the pricing & usage of the product but so far i am pleased with my order & will in the future use USN again.

Muscle Fuel STS tastes great!
I bought Muscle Fuel STS after a recommendation from a friend. The taste is great (I got the Chocolate flavour). It mixes well an doesn't feel too thick when drinking. Will definitely buy again!

Good product, bad service
I ordered a protein and creatine deal USN had on their wibsite. Money was taken by USN but I then received and email saying they had run out of one of the products (Creatine). I phoned USN and agreed to keep one product and drop the other (the one that wasnt in stock) I was told I would only be charged for one, the protein and a refund would be made.
Ive phoned 3 times now and still no refund, and I dont seem to be getting any where. So ive paid well over the odds for one product it seems right now. Not good service at all.

Lava Sticks
The quality of a fat burner can usually be determined by what happens on the scales, not many fat burners show results externally.
The first time i used this product, i went straight to the gym, after 5 minutes of working out, my face went bright red, then my arms then my chest, after which all burned with a need to itch.
I pushed on my use of this product out of the gym, i still itch but not nearly as much, but the occurence continues.
HOWEVER, the amount of calories i was consuming was gob- smacking i was hungry all the time, the weight came straight off, obviously thinner around the waist.
If you can handle the severe side effects i would highly reccommend this product, but its not for the beginner athlete.

The products I actually enjoy drinking!
I enjoy the taste of USN products - drinking them is not something I have to force myself to do, which is surely the first hurdle a sports drink has to overcome. CytoPower is particularly good. On a long ride it really feels as if it is doing its job and gives me a good boost. The problem is not drinking too much!

tastes great, excellent value for money.
I've tried dozens of different brands of protein shakes and never really found 'the one' which does work with me. The vanilla flavoured USN 100% whey protein is fantastic, it tastes really good and the protein ratio to the amount of powder is fantastic, 24g of protein in a 34g serving! If you like to eliminate as many carbs possible in your diet and want to take protein shakes then I recommend this product for sure.

Prompt informative and quick
It was the first time that I used USN and decided to order the Carb Loader for my girlfriend who is taking part in the London Marathon. The website was easy to use and I got texts to let me know when the parcel would be delivered. The only thing I would change is that as much as it was a very quick and efficient service there was not an option to pay extra for next day delivery.

Very good service shame about the cost!
Website was easy to use, delivery was within a few days, updated by emails and texts when the delivery was.
The only downside was that after I received the product, I checked the cost of the same product on play.com and it was £7 cheaper and the 2kg tug was £20 cheaper.
USN makes the product but you can buy it cheaper elsewhere!

Awful stomache cramps, gurgling and bloating
I brought the chocolate diet fuel, an hour and a half after drinking this and for a further three hours I have experienced an extremely uncomfortable stomache, tried this 3 more times with the same effect :-(

Sorry to hear your were not happy with your USN product. We have not received reviews of this nature before, were you supplementing with anything else at the same time? May we suggest in circumstances like these you discontinue use and perhaps consult your GP. You may have an intolerance to something or consuming too much with your diet.
