I finally decided to move to a VOIP phone for my business owing to the high charges imposed by the leading telecoms provider. I had used USOMO before and the quality of service I experienced before was excellent. A small issue I had was due to the name on my credit card being typed in wrong but the support staff at USOMO spotted this and fixed the problem in minutes.
I am delighted with their easy to use service and on my previous occasion the staff were able to solve my problem even though they did not know much about Yealink phones.
The service we receive from Usomo is truly brilliant, but more importantly when things go wrong we know that we can count on their friendly and professional staff to expedite our issues.

We were having problems with our previous supplier who changed ownership.
The problems could not get sorted which left us with no access to our control panel, so i cancelled the contract. Having spoke to Usomo before i knew where to turn.
From order to delivery 2 days and phones back up and running, initial set up problem but a quick phone call and the techi guys sorted it out very professionally.
We are already looking to expand the current system we have with them after only 1 week.
Great is the only word.
Having used their PAYG services I recently moved over to a contract... Fast deliver on handset and they transferred my PAYG number, it took a bit of time but got done with no fuss! All in all a great supplier!
The assistance in getting my voip set up and working was second to none. In addition if you buy your Voip phone from Usomo they will set it all up for you. I made the mistake of buying it elsewhere. Nevertheless the staff were really helpful at helping me to set up my Gigaset N300 to work with the number I have with them. For value for money you can't beat it, for help desk you can't beat it, for ease of use you can't beat it! So I'm giving Usomo my fullest recommendation and it's well deserved. In fact I'm going to port my BT numbers over to Usomo because they are willing and able to help. It's so refreshing to speak to a telecommunications Company who actually care.
I found this form of faxing ideal as I use e-mail regularly but do not have a fax machine and my friend in Australia only ever uses fax, was not computerised, did not use e-mail and was adament that she was never going to use anything "new fangled" such as a computer or e-mail ! I therefore send her a fax which leaves me as an attachment to an e-mail, en route it get converted and she receives it as a normal fax on the fax machine her end. She then faxes a reply to me from her fax machine which again magically gets converted en route to arrive as an attachment to an e-mail my end. What more could anyone ask, absolutely brilliant.
