I got exactly what I expected, in fact what was described as "deep grooves" on the lid were quite small scratches. Everything worked fine and when I did have a couple of problems the support desk was great. They were patient and clearly explined what I needed to do. I've got a good second hand laptop with 12 months warranty for under £180 which I think is very good.
