NO sign of REFUND. Is going to bankrupt ?

It's been 11 days since my cancellation was confirmed by
But, still NO sign of REFUND.

Why do they suffer from a shortage of money, so badly?
I'm worried if is going to bankrupt.

Every time I ask about it to their customer service, they send me the following email. exactly the same sentence, again and again.
Dear xxxxxxx,

Thank you for contacting us and your feedback. I have forwarded this case to our accounting department with priority. Rest assured that you shall be receiving your credit within the next couple of days. Once refunded it can take up to 2-3 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

Once again, sincere apologies for the delay and thank you for your extended patience.

    Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Your payment was refunded this morning. Kindly allow a few working days for the amount to appear on your account. This is usually dependent on the bank processing time which for most normally takes up to 2-3 working days.
