Great service - hard to beat!
Got hold of a rare VW transporter - even when the other dealers were saying, I'd not get one this year.

Impressive from first email
I contacted Swiss vans regarding a transporter
Sportline kombi, from my first email enquiry Jamie called
Me back within 15 mins ! Wonderfull, Jamie explained
To me as I wanted a white Sportline stocks were very limited
But he would have a look and see what he could find.
Again he called me back within a short space of time telling
Me what he could get and detailed the specs etc on which I must add Jamie knows his stuff, as i expected a delay in delivery
I was quoted mid may delivery if I placed the order, I had
Spoken to some other company's who stated 6 month delivery so mid may was good for me, the deal offered on my Sportline of choice was by far better than anyone else had offered so I ordered from Jamie at Swiss.
The order process was so easy I was amazed I have bought a few vehicles from various dealerships and lease company's but have never had such an effortless process I was kept informed more or less as things happened and even more amazing was the fact that Jamie from Swiss vans managed to get my van delivered within 2 weeks from point of order much quicker than first expected, it even turned up early on day of delivery and even the driver merv was spot on, and van was in mint condition,
I would definitely recommend Swiss vans and in particular Jamie he gets the job done and does what he says which you don't come across much these days,
I will be buying again from Swiss in the future,

One of the quickest and most straight forward transactions I have entered into.
Each stage was handled quickly and updates were regular. All stated deadlines were met .
The level of attention given by Swiss Vans Ltd compared to the local VW franchise dealership was far superior and it gave the impression that they really wanted the business.
We would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a commercial vehicle.

Great service, great van!
From the word go Swiss Vans were efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable about all vans available to myself and the options available to finance them. We dealt with Mark and found him an absoloute pleasure to deal with, always calling you back when he said and nothing seemed to much trouble.
From the initial enquiry to taking delivery of the van took just over 1 week!

Ordered sportsline on Saturday came on Friday!
Strongly recommend this company. Phoned up Saturday morning to enquire, ended up ordering one there & then and he assured me I would get one by Friday and true to his word this is what he did. Dealt with Jamie, really helpful from start to finish. Even rang up within 5 minutes of the van being delivered, to thank me for my business and to check everything was OK.

A good place to buy a van

Not quite 100%, but good overall
Got a really good deal on a Hilux invincible, paperwork took a while to sort but this was mainly down to Toyota, communication was good and considering the truck and the deal was being done 300miles away, very few hiccups. Really happy with truck. Only negatives were a bit of a let down with delivery was few days late which would have been fine had I not sold other van after being given a Monday delivery date (van got delivered Friday so lost some work days). Also even though I got a good deal it wasn't quite at the advertised rates, but I guess they never are.......on the whole good, these guys aren't sharks or pushy and won't give u a load of false promises which I have found a problem with other leasing firms, helped slot with sorting of funding which was very helpfully.

No was our fault the van was a day late
Delivery was booked but Merv the driver didn't
receive the email conformation.
Lesson learned for Nick which
is trust no supplier check and check again.

Swiss Vans, the only place for a Sportline, without the waiting list
Using an online company for my van purchase, was much better than dealing with a main VW dealer. No visits to the dealer, all sorted by e mail & phone. I had the same person, Nick, look after me from potential purchase to delivery, simple and effective.

Delivered the impossible!
I spoke to or visited half a dozen vw franchised dealers ,when i asked if they could get me a Transporter kombi sportline dsg lwb. None had the enthusiasm or belief that they could get me one within eight months.
Swiss vans didnt give up and once they had sourced the vehicle it was on my drive within a week.

18weeks quicker than VW!
After speaking to VW about the 20 week estimated lead time for a new Transporter Sportline i called Simon @ Swiss Vans. he managed to source, arrange all the paperwork and deliver one in exactly 2 weeks! very helpful chap, on the end of the phone to answer all of my niggly questions and kept me informed exactly what was happening. most importantly no hard sell salesman speil!

Professional Excellent Service
I was sceptical at first buying a vehicle online, my fears however where very quickly put to rest. Swiss van hire was recommended to me by a friend and i am very glad they were.
Tom Jones (not the singer!) at Swiss was very professional and did everything in his power to get the exact spec of vehicle i wanted and made the transaction as easy and smooth as possible. The biggest plus for me is that Swiss are not 'pushy', so no hard salesman act, which really impressed me, it made my experience with them pleasurable.
I received my new Caddy Maxi Kombi Van very quickly (about 2 weeks) even after having a few optional extras added onto it, and it was promptly delivered to my home address at a time a day that suited me.
The vehicle itself is excellent and i would recommend it to anyone who wants a comfortable, reliable and well tested van that also benefits from 5 seats.
