Van No2 was difficult on delivery but not due to Swiss vans

The Sportline was delivered to us with warranty damage to the windscreen and this means that the van had to be repaired by an official Volkswagen Bodyshop.
Issues like this are fortunately rare and thank you for being so patient and understanding
Since Sportlines are so rare we had no other options than to wait.

Nice people to do business with!
We bought a van from them that had been used as a Company vehicle for around a year. Having flown down from Scotland just to pick it up, they were tremendously helpful, made sure the vehicle was freshly serviced and ready to go and made the whole experience a pleasure.

Swiss Vans got me the van I wanted
I've been wanting a van for a few years and decided this was the year. Spoke to the local dealer who informed me no VW Transporter 4Motion Kombi's were available and that if I placed an order I would be waiting at least 6 Months if not longer as they are not made often etc etc. I came away from that discussion downhearted and started looking at secondhand options. Every secondhand 4Motion I found was already sold or not the spec I wanted; and I wasn't being fussy as all I really wanted was manual with diff-lock for snow driving when heading up to go skiing.
One call to Swiss Vans and my world cheered up. They called me back with a choice of a few new vans and after a little thinking and choosing on my part payment was made and delivery arranged. Swiss Vans made it all very easy and a week later I was the proud owner of the 4Motion Kombi van of my dreams. My family love the van and we look forward to many Van Adventures (its an adventure in a van). Thanks Swiss Vans; you made me very happy and I can reccomend their friendly and attentive service to anyone looking to buy a van.

Great Service ,No Drama .

Patience is a virtue
Chris Thomas at Swiss Vans could not have been more patient, helpful or informative as we slowly made (what ultimately become) the right van choice for us. In terms of price, Swiss Vans knocked spots off any opposition we could find both on van price and finance.
As first-time Transporter buyers with needs beyond the business, it was a steep learning curve, but whereas we felt we weren't taken seriously by some companies, Chris was ever helpful – and especially so considering that we did not meet in person until afterwards (he came to us for us to sign docs as we were local), and communications were all done via email, as per our preference. We exchanged so many emails that they probably reached treble figures – again testament to Chris' patience.
To put our experience in full context, please note that our van arrived only last week. That said, it arrived in perfect nick, we now know we made the right choice with regards spec, and to say we're very happy with it is an understatement. I had seen Swiss Vans' reviews on the T4/T5 forum, all of which were glowing, and which gave me confidence to contact them. Likewise, I would happily recommend Swiss Vans to anyone.

A great place to purchase a new van
I have just purchased a van from Swiss vans the service was great the van took no time at all due to plenty of stock the rates were great and it was delivered to the door can't get better than that

Its true that we carry a large amount of stock
Perhaps the most available stock (right stock that is)
of an VW Vendor and pretty soon this should be true
for high specification Ford as well.

Outstanding service and no pushy salesmen!!!
I found Swiss vans by chance online, I contacted them by email for a quote and the very next day I was contacted by Simon who talked me through the whole process and options of taking on a new van. They explained everything in great detail including everything I wanted to know about my van, I found every member of staff to be helpfull and straight forward with me. The deal I got from Swiss vans was far better than my local VW dealer could offer me and that at first I found hard to believe but the difference in the payments was around £30 to £40 per month.
I would not hesitate in recommending this company to anybody.

Jamie did what he said he would.
Had initial contact with Swiss last year when looking to change my van, dealt with Jamie then and had to change plans at the last minute.
He could not have been more helpful then and when I was in a position to buy a van I had no hesitation in contacting him and getting things done.
He found me a Sportline van when they were supposed to be on a big waiting list and which was delivered within 4 weeks. As I say, he said he would and then backed it up by doing it. First class service from start to finish, many thanks and have just recommended a friend so hopefully he will receive the same service.

Hassle free from start to finish.
This is the second time I've ordered my van through Swiss Vans. My first experience was excellent and this time it was possibly better. Mark Ashman dealt with me from the initial enquiry and communicated plainly, promptly and accurately. I was never in any doubt as to what I had to do, when I had to do it and who I had to do it with.
The worst bit was simply the excited wait for the arrival of my new van and not even Swiss Vans could have made that any easier.

Very useful advice and good customer service ensuring a smooth purchase.
I was impressed with the honest and straightforward approach to my recent purchse of a VW transporter Kombi. I was looking for a broker that was knowledgable about the product and helpfull without being pushy. I was suitably impressed with the service I received from Swisss Vans.

Repeat custom says it all
This is the second van I've purchased from Mark at Swiss.
This purchase was a little more complicated and therefore took a little more time than the first one due to Swiss taking my vehicle as part exchange but still handled well and very pleased with the transaction.

as its just a little bit more involving but
dont forget.
By PX in early you save far far more in tax as the balloon
comes of your tax payment

Excellent service! Got the exact van I wanted in seven days!
Spoke to Andy and told him what I want! He checked around and ground the exact transporter I wanted with more spec than I imagined! Got delivery seven days later! No fuss no bother just brilliant service from start to finish! Always there at the end of the phone when iI needed to ask something and fit my budget completely! When I read these reviews I thought it was to good to be true but after dealing with them I realized the previous reviews were spot on!! Cheers fellas will defo do business in the future!

Very satisfied
Knowledge and advise whilst configuring the van was very good. Chris was very patient with me as I changed my mind several times. Communication whilst waiting for a delivery date in the final couple of weeks could of been better, but In fairness if they didn't know then they had nothing to say, but my excitement, and i assume many others meant i wanted to know, even if the status was I don't know. I would view this as an area of improvement not a criticism or indeed anything that anyone did wrong. Chris work on my behalf to get the van delivered to my deadline so overall a very good service., and trouble free process.

I dealt with Jamie at Swiss vans, he was very informative, new exactly what I wanted and explained everything to do with payment and delivery clearly and accurately. My Sportline was delivered to my door, on time and without fault. I have had a couple of very pleasant after sales calls, but not to the point where I felt I was being bothered. Having spent almost 18months deliberating over the purchase of a Transporter Van I took the advice of a friend that had purchased his Transporter through Swiss Vans.....
The point of contact Jamie Hook was a pleasure to deal with and his levels of communication epitomised the very nature of a relaxed buying experience.... He found me the exact T5 Kombi that I sought and it had the right colour, with a DSG gearbox and it was delivered on the very day promised from the outset...
The vehicle was delivered to my front door and a demo of all of the vehicles numerous features were patiently walked through....
The company and in particular Jamie were at all times thoroughly professional and extremely efficient at all times during the buying process.....
Furthermore they then put me in touch with a great broker for the insurance and provided me with several companies that supply the styling components that find their way onto so many of these great vehicles
All in all Swiss Vans were real breath of fresh air to deal with and a company who can genuinely claim to offer an unparalleled level of service and professionalism
