Have ordered big and small items for my beetle, no matter how much the item costs 80p or 80 pounds its fast free delivery! Price seems better or as good as most places on line and the odd promo discount codes help. Have had everything in stock that I have wanted so far, no complaints about this place at all, well done veewee!

I bought a pair of inner wings for a VW Beetle that were advertised as genuine on their website, and before purchase I emailed them (on a Friday Morning) to double check there were actually genuine parts. As I was in a rush for them and despite not hearing back from by enquiry I ordered the parts on a Sunday via the website. On the following Tuesday ( after Bank Hoiliday Monday) I received an email back from them saying that they were not genuine but good reproductions.
The parts turned up on the Wednesday only to be Klokkerholm repros (anybody who has fitted this make of repro parts will tell you what poor quality they can be). I then tried to contact there sales dept to arrange a return and was always put on hold ( 5times) without anyone every picking up the phone again, with the last call going dead on me at 5.30pm and being replaced by a recorded message saying that the sales line was now close and was open from 8.30 to 6.00pm!. I then checked their website to see that the description of the inner wings had changed from genuine to reproduction. Next I emailed them to confirm the parts were not what I wanted and could they help.
I then tried to contact the sales line again (4 times) on Thursday after I arrived from work (4.45pm) and had the same experience again of someone answering the phone telling me there were transfering me as it was and email purchase, and left on hold. I then eventually spoke to some on the Friday morning, arranged that I would drop them off at their Birmingham depot as I was going past there later in the day. The items were returned and was told I would be refuned via paypal which was how I paid, which I was on the following Monday.
Overall a very frustrating experience caused by incorrected info on there website and an inability to answer the phone, which is a shame as I used veewee many years ago when I used my bug as a daily driver and always found them good. Prehaps they have lost their way now they are part of GSF parts.
Ordered spark plugs got the wrong ones they never got back to me.
They emailed me after my initial review and are sending me the correct spark plugs without me having to return the originals so very happy with the follow up service.
Excellent price as always, so if you don't mind waiting 1or2 days for delivery. It saves you having to drive to your nearest store,and free delivery as well. One of my most used stores for all my Air Cooled Parts.

Having ordered two parts on line the delivery and accuracy of my order was good. Unfortunately I ordered a wrong part and in accordance with VeeWee policy i returned one of the parts (value (£12.50). Having not heard anything for 3 weeks i phones the sales team who stated that they have "no record of a returned item" and "as our establishment is so big if it was delivered to the wrong dept it will never be found". The parcel was posted to the correct address as it was a print out of the GSF returns form. Unfortunately for me I have lost the postal next day delivery tracking receipt and therefore can not prove my postage or GSF Car Parts receipt of delivery. The GSF response was there is "no chance" of resolution. I acknowledge it is my fault i have lost my Royal Mail tracking tracking receipt however I feel it is appalling customer service that followed and that the poor administration within the GSF establishment (admitted by the sales member) could also be at fault. The experience has cost me £12.50 plus postage however it has cost VeeWee and GSF Car Parts their name and is now also down a customer. I will ensure my views are well known on social webpages and by word of mouth. Tip for all who read this...if you want satisfactory after sales then shop elsewhere. I certainly will.
Bought a stainless exhaust after looking at lots of alternatives and was really impressed with the quality of the product especially in consideration of the price against alternatives, never mind a guarantee for the life of my van.

Never bought from this company before but very pleased that I did! Goods arrived very quickly - which was great as it was a birthday present for my son and I was late ordering!! I have no doubts about recommending them to anyone.
Having placed my recent order on a Wednesday I was anticipating delivery on a Friday for work on a car over the weekend. The order was dispatched from the warehouse as three parcels banded together as a single consignment. When the goods were delivered only one of the parcels was left by parcelforce. This was queried with the driver at the time who was absolute it was the only parcel for delivery. Whilst the goods were lost whilst in care of the courier it does raise questions over security of packing and when I contacted your office I received unsatisfactory service. It was agreed the goods would be sent for Monday delivery but despite repeated requests I was refused even an attempt at Saturday delivery or even delivery to a GSF branch for me to collect. The result was that I had no car available to me for the following week until I could complete the work at the weekend and was forced to incur extra costs to use public transport for a week. When pointing out that I was suffering through no fault of my own my comments were brushed aside by stating you had lost out on the cost of parts, a statement that I responded was untrue as you would receive insurance,if not the return of parts themselves. I then asked what would be done for me to offset the issues created and suggested a further discount or some other gesture and was promised a call back to confirm. As I anticipated no such call back has ever been made and it was simply a strategy to end an awkward call from your member of staffs perspective. Whilst I appreciate this may not have been the responsibility of your organisation and could have been down to poor handling by the courier, it does show a decided lack of customer focus and service. Having dealt with parts suppliers for a number of years, all of whom would strive to help in such circumstances, I would now question the reliability and more importantly commitment of your service before placing further orders.
Subsequent to posting this review GSF/VEEWEE have been in touch and offered a reasonable retrospective discount which I have accepted. It is a shame it had to reach the level of poor publicity but it appears the management of the organisation are aware of what good customer service should be and I am happy to report the required refund is being processed. I have been impressed by the speed of resolution once issues were raised with the correct person and would suggest you can expect to be treated well but you may have to push for it, a situation I am not unhappy with.
This was the first time I had used VeeWee and I am glad I did. Not only was the part as cheap as anywhere else I had looked at, it came with free post and packing with no minimum order. I ordered my one item costing less than £5.00 on Friday lunchtime and was amazed to find that it had arrived Saturday morning, all this with the free p & p and 2nd class delivery. If this is the way VeeWee do business I will defiantly be using them again.
I ordered my oil sensor from there on line catolouge which was a good price.payment and check ok.transaction good..
Requested a brochere about 2 weeks ago.as i didnt receive it i phoned there order line and the response was quite stern.the guy who answered said something(not "good morning,veewees how my i help you" ).i explained about not receiving my catologue and he said he didnt know about that sorry!!!so i phoned the sales team number and another guy answered again not "good morning,veewees how my i help you" but something else (he said it so fast).i explained about not receiving my catologue and he said whats the point of getting one when you can check it on line!!!! so after that i just didnt bother....I phoned ordered instead one from VW Heritage and it was here the following day....The reason i wanted a book was that i wanted one in my garage which is no where near my PC.oh well i got my parts from VW Heritage now....i presume they dont want the business that much
I have always used GSF and found them to be difficult to do business with. VEEWEE is a breath of fresh air, no messing around, quick prompt service and i was able to find what i needed without too much effort. I like the site, its well laid out, easy to navigate and has a cheerful colour scheme. A big improvement on GSF.
The reason i didnt give 5 stars as my package arrived opened and most of the parts inside lying in the bottom of an open bag. they could have easily fallen out. Either the Post office or the picking staff at VeeWee need to get their act together as it looked like my parts had been kicked around the floor.
Brilliant service and parcel was sent out in no time. Unfortunately the parts I had ordered where very poor quality and even though well packaged they where already bent and useless suggesting they where like that when packaged.
Wont be using them again.
