Top quality

Recently ordered a few chairs from vertigo, they arrived yesterday and seem to be of high quality at a wee price compared with the others on the market. I'd buy from these guys again.

Kan ikke anbefale at handle der

Jeg bestilte en stol og skammel og fik oplyst at jeg ville modtage den efter 8-10 uger. Jeg henvendte mig efter 5-6 uger og spurgte om leveringstiden holdt og det fik jeg oplyst at det gjorde den. Da der var gået 8 uger skrev jeg at jeg forventede at de leverede den imellem den og den dato som aftalt, det svarede de ikke på. Da der var gået 10 uger skrev jeg igen og fik oplyst at de ville modtage min order om 5 uger, og at den derefter ville blive sendt til mig. Jeg skrev at jeg trak min order tilbage. For det første ville de ikke refunderer det fulde beløb og for det andet refunderede de beløbet som en betaling så jeg kom til at betale 24 GBP i gebyr til Paypal. Heldigvis var de så søde hos Paypal at de refunderede beløbet da jeg ringede til dem og forklarede situationen. Vertigo svarede ikke på mine mail ang. de resterende penge.

Today my Eames Lounge chair arrived, I unpacked it and assembled it in my front room. The quality is very good and it looks great, its hard to imagine getting a better deal for this kind of price.

Excellent No Probs

Bought 12 chairs for a project in Cambs, had to put them together but didn't take us long. Very decent repros actually and I have to say I didn't think they would be as good as the ones in John Lewis over £200 but they certainly seem to be. be back for future project

Disgusted

Placed an order for four chairs on the 7th May email to confirm it everything ins tock
Another email on the 8th May to advise delivery due on the 9th.
Another email on the 14th to now advise that one of the chairs is out of stock.
Would serioulsy advise anyone buying from this company to think again - promise products on promised days and just email you 5 days after the delivery date to advise they are out of stock.
You can ring me and I will give you any info on this experience.

We recently bought 4 chairs and 2 componibli storage units from Vertigo, we received the items quickly and they were of a high standard. After my son assembled the chairs they now sit in our dining room and look great.

They have a very good website and i will buy from Vertigo with confidence!

good products, very quick delivery

Exactly one week after my order, the Egg Chair was delivered ... to Switzerland! The chair looks very nice and the customer service was very quick to respond when I had some questions. I'll definitely order again!

Really hudge problem of quality!

J'ai commandé pour environ 900€ de marchandises. Le service est très bien pour la commande, très disponible si questions... la livraison en France est très rapide 1semaine environ. Ce qu'ils ne disent pas c'est que la marchandise est livrée sur le trottoir! 200kgs pallétisés, je ne savais pas comment faire!. Le chauffeur a accepté de dépalétiser et j'ai monté tous les colis moi-même. Le cauchemar continue, en gros toutes les chaises et fauteuils Eames sont abimés au pied, les fauteuils Eames ont 4 marques rondes (ils ont répondu que c'etait le moule donc NORMAL!) et ils ne sont pas stables, la table tulip plateau bois est rayée! Je leur ai fait un mail dimanche toutjours aucunes nouvelles et je pense que je n'en aurait jamais..au vu du prix je m'en contenterai mais à part les chaises PANTON la qualité n'est vraiment pas au rendez-vous alors passez votre chemin quitte à payer un peu plus cher.
For english people, hudge issue with the quality of the chairs Eames, the foots are damaged, the tulip table is striped..no response of the customer service since sunday! I think I will never have. If you want real 100% quality find another store, If you're ok with some defaults regarding to the cheap price it's ok.

I recently ordered 2 chairs for my dining room through the website, the items were in stock and when they were dispatched i received a tracking number. They arrived a few days later and after some minor assembly, they look fantastic. The quality is excellent and would definitely use this company again!

Uacceptabel kundeservice, og stole som skal opbevares mørkt?

Jeg har købt 6 stk eames dsw stole, og været glad for dem. Lige indtil jeg bemærker de er begyndt at skifte farve - efter 13 måneder kontakter jeg Vertigo-interiors med mit problem for at høre hvad jeg kan gøre stolene rent med, eller hvad årsagen kan være til at de skifter farve.

De har sidenhen tilføjet uv-beskyttelse til stolene, men ikke pga dette problem, selvfølgelig, men for at stolene kan bruges udenfor (Hvem bruger eames dsw udenfor?)

Mine stole er der ingen garanti på mere, så deres "service" var at jeg kunne købe nye sædeskaller for £157... altså godt £26 pr. stol - hvor en hel ny stol koster £44.

Det vil jo blive en dyr fornøjelse i længden hvis man skal købe nye sædeskaller hvert år.

Det skal bemærkes at mine stole står i en stue i et helt almindeligt parcelhus - ikke noget med panorama-vinduer eller direkte sollys.

Alt i alt vil jeg aldrig handle med dem igen. Hvis et firma ikke kan vedkende sig fejl ved deres produkter, på trods af de selv har været opmærksomme på det, så er det sq' for dårligt.

Så skal du have et produkt med begrænset levetid, og er du ligeglad med servicen, er det sikkert et udmærket firma.

I bought 6 Eames DSW chairs, and been happy with them. That is, until I notice they are starting to change color - 13 Months after purchase I contact Vertigo-interiors with my problem, to hear what I can clean the chairs with, or what the reason may be that they change color.

They have since added UV protection for the chairs, but not because of this problem, of course, but the chairs can be used outside (Who uses Eames DSW outside?)

My chairs is out of warranty, so their "service" was that I could buy new seat shells for £ 157 .. £26 per well. chair - where a whole new chair costs £ 44

It will have to be an expensive business in the long run if you have to buy new seat shells each year.

It should be noted that my chairs is in a living room in an ordinary single-family house - nothing with panoramic windows or direct sunlight.

All in all, I would never do business with them again. If a company can not acknowledge the error of their products, even though they themselves have been aware of it, that is just wrong.

Excellent

I recently purchased a barcelona chair from Vertigo, the staff were friendly and professional and the chair its self it faultless. I purchased over the phone and the girls were happy to answer my 1 million questions, the chair arrived a few days later and i couldn't be happier!

I just took delivery of a a really lovely pair of curved Ameobe chairs and they look wonderful !! Sitting adjacent to each other with a small tulip side table I bought in an auction quite some years ago. My friends are just soo going to be jealous can't wait to show them off. high quality, designer furniture at a great price - what's not to like?!

We're the proud owners of a large prouve table and 8 white dsw chairs, which have transformed our dining room and have been universally admired. Was slightly nervous about opting for white chairs with 2 toddlers in the house, but they've passed the tomato soup and beans test - yay! Slight problem in assembling the table, but got there in the end. Can't fault such great design and quality at great price.

Nice showroom and helpfull staff

I am about to purchase some eames style chairs and saw that the ones from vertigo are about 1/5 price of the official ones from other stores.
We visited the showroom in Loughborough which they opened especially for us at the weekend.

I ordered a Eames style lounge chair and Knowl sofa from Vertigo purely on their website. I knew exactly what I wanted so the decision was more about perceived quality and a lot of trust that what I saw would be what was delivered.

Im glad to say the both the products were of a very high quality and well received considering their relatively low price. I would highly recommend this company without any hesitation.

Me? Im a marketing professor at a British university who doesnt write over the top reviews. A good company to purchase from.

Excellent Service, Great Chairs

We are long term stationed in Cyprus with the forces and bought 6 wooden leg chairs for our dining area. They were delivered within only 3 days I think from Limassol. They took half an hour to put together and the result is a very happy family. They look great and are comfortable too, very highly recommended. Jones Family

A friend and I ordered some Eames rocking chairs, and they were delivered just a few days later, although we live in Denmark. I can only recommend Vertigo Interiors for your next buy, if you are looking for good quality products.

Really Excellent Chairs and speedy delivery!

We have just bought some colourful dining chairs for our new conservatory and really impressed. They look great and are really adding a new lease of life in there for us! Delivery as well was only 2 days to Glasgow after ordering!

Hurtig levering og god kundeservice

Vi har købt 4 replika Eames DSW stole + en replika børne Eames DSW stol hos Vertigo Interior (Vi lavede bestillingen over deres Ebay-side, da vi var mere trygge ved det, da vi ikke umiddelbart kunne finde nogle danske anmeldelser af dem).

Fra bestillingen var lavet, gik der 4 dage til stolene blev levereret.
Det eneste minus jeg kan sætte på dem er at vi på ingen måde kunne vide hvornår leveringen ville ske, og at vi var hjemme var et tilfælde.
Jeg ved ikke hvordan leveringen ville have været, hvis vi ikke havde været hjemme.

Stolene var nemme at samle, de kom i 2 dele: Selve skallen og understellet. Så det krævede ikke mere end 4 skruer at samle en stol.
Stellet til børnestolen var imidlertid rigtig skævt og passede slet ikke. Efter en kort mailkorrespondance med Vertigo Interiors sendte de et nyt understel, vi skulle ikke sende det andet retur og havde derfor intet bøvl i forbindelse med det. Andet end at vores søn måtte vente et par extra dage.

Alt i alt en rigtig positiv købsoplevelse og jeg kan kun anbefale Vertigo Interiors til andre.

Super fast shipment and great quality

I ordered several times on vertigo interiors and the shipping speed was always amazing. Shipment to Germany arrived within three days. I ordered 9 Eames DSR chairs and an Eileen Grey coffee table. Great quality at a bargain price.

New table and chairs I have always wanted

My husbands family used to have an old tulip table and chair dining set which I loved. Only after searching this year did I find that we could buy a new modern version and at a really good value price so I was very happy.
We bought an oval shaped table in marble with 6 matching chairs and it now sits pride of place in our living room.

I bought an Eames aluminium group office chair and the leather seat was so saggy within 9 months the chair was virtually useless, and will be put in the trash in the near future. Vertigo did offer to replace the top but since they could not guarantee that the same thing wouldn't happen again I declined the offer; they offered a very small refund and after endless e mails and far too much pushing they settled on an approximately 20% refund of original cost.

Vertigo maintained it was normal wear and tear, I maintained it was not given Vertigo state on their website that their products use the same high quality materials as the originals (I was able to compare their chair with an original as I have one, and it has not sagged in 20 years). When tackled about this Vertigo then said one could not expect the materials to be the same as the original products and I reminded them they state they use the same quality materials; they consistently declined to comment on this.

I am not unreasonable and in reality I did not expect the materials to be as high quality as an original product, but likewise I did not expect product failure in such a short space of time. I'm very disappointed because I have bought copies before from other dealers and been very pleased with the quality. It is my opinion that the quality of materials Vertigo uses in this product are low grade as the quality of chroming is rather dull and not at all high-shine as chrome should be. I will not take the risk of buying from Vertigo again.
