Best price I found online, delivered next day!
Everytime I need to order more dried food for my cat I search online for the best deal on the biggest bag of James Wellbeloved that I can get. This was a full ten pounds cheaper using this company than I had paid last time, and free delivery too! Incredibly competitive pricing and great service as I even got a phonecall from a staff member as soon as I submitted the order as I had made a mistake on the form. Lovely polite chap who sorted my mistake out quickly and got the order dispatched straight away. Can't recommend highly enough.

Fast reliable service
Ordered 14kg bag of pro plan over a bank holiday weekend as a matter of urgency and received it super quick even though I live in Scotland. Will use again and again......

Excellent service and great price
I found Vets Food World by googling the make of dog food I use. They offered the best price with an extra 10% discount for a new customer. Hard to resist so ordered 4 big bags which were delivered promptly and delivery instructions carried out perfectly. Have recommended to friends and no doubt will be back for more when I run out. Thank you Vets Food World! I saved a fortune over buying at my local pet shop leaving more pennies to spend on.....well...more goodies for the greyhounds I guess! :-D

Fast delivery great discount good products will use again
I originally purchased from another website and scanned the product on my phone and vet food world came up as a better price so I placed the next order with them . It came the next day I got 10% first order discount which made a big difference and products are great I will defo use again

Oustanding service - highly recommended!
Very pleased with the service that I received. The website was easy to navigate, order easy to place, confirmation received immediately and my item was dispatched really quickly too. To top it all off, we received an extra 2kg's of cat food free on top of the 10kg already ordered, which was a pleasant and welcome surprise. I would thoroughly recommend this company. Best value Pro Plan dog food I could find anywhere!
I will use this company again. The prices are unbeatable, however I tried to contact them on 2 separate occasions and I got no reply for the messages I left. I still spent £200+ with them but they should have got back intouch! No point in them having the option of leaving messages if they are not going to respond to them!

Our order was placed 15th April, delivery was not until 22nd April.
Correct Address, post code and telephone number were provided.
We were not advised that the 24 hr delivery had not been made, until the recipient phoned us asking "have you ordered the dog food yet?!"
