This is a note I sent to Vigano customer services just before Christmas 2013 (I'm pleased their customer services are quicker at responding than me posting a review!) I think it sums it up
"Wow! Wow! Wow! For you to take the time to call yesterday was amazing but for you to manage to find a clothes horse and ship it to me so quickly is fantastic. You have to win the prize for the best customer service.
Thank you so much for taking the time to contact me. Looking forward to letting you know it has arrived on Monday."
I found a Christmas present I wanted to buy my mum on this site at the best price around. From placing my order to receiving my parcel they have been so helpful. I would definitely recommend using this company!
I bought from this shop 2 years ago and came back again. On this occasion I made a telephone stock enquiry before ordering on line and found speedy and accurate information available, conveyed in a friendly but professional manner. The order was processed and despatched in good time, the goods arrived speedily, undamaged and exactly as ordered. Excellent company.
Placed an order on 28th Sept for a Fiskar axe and was assured the item was in stock. Received email to confirm delivery in 5-7 working days. On non-delivery, emailed Vigano and received standard reply “will look into non-delivery”. I tried phoning 01604 210693 over a three day period at various times of the day from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (approx 10 calls). Did not once get past message asking me to leave number for callback and, although I left my number, they didn’t call back. If you press option for purchase, you get through to a callcentre who are not Vigano staff and can only take your phone number but cannot deal directly with your enquiry. After several more emails and thirteen days, I have been informed the item will be dispatched but given no explanation for the delay. Conclusion: they have made the process feel like very hard work, it feels like there’s only one person running the company and they cannot respond to individual queries. If you look on the website, it does advise you to email and not phone, but there are times when you would like to speak to someone in person. Vigano has received positive feedback on Trustpilot but I can only speak from my own experience. As of 13th October, I have not yet received my purchase.
After trouble getting the order, and numerous attempts to actually speak to a person, the order of a clothes airer arrived, and they have apologised together with a substantial reduction in the price paid. They are trying get it right.
I purchased a bouncy castle from the site only to find that the item was out of stock in the UK. Vigano where brilliant and managed to get in contact with the bouncy castle company and shipped shipped one to me from overseas. This was received in 4 days. During the process Vigano where in constant contact to update me on the process and if I sent an email I got a reply within the hour, if not the same day. I will definitely be ordering from the site again and could not recommend the company highly enough.
I purchased a Landmann BBQ from Vigano. I originally wanted a Big K bbq but unfortuently this was out of stock, I phoned up and spoke to Jason who talked me through my options and I eventually went for the Landmann which I was informed was very similar to the big k.
Jason ensured deliver was arranged within 3 days of me purchasing which defiantly exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately on the deliver day the driver (a courier company not associated with Vigano) dropped the bbq when trying to deliver (bbq weighs 400Kg) I spoke to Jason straight after who was amazing at following up with the courier company and rearranging my delivery for 2 days later.
I cant falter the customer server received by Vigano and was so impressed when I placed the order at around 10pm one evening, I got a personal email from Jason ensuring me that he received the order and was already in the process of pushing the order through.
Have already recommended to my friends and family and will defiantly be using again
I purchased a fairly major item (log splitter) and was concerned when the contents of the packages delivered did not match those in the assembly instructions. Vigano's response to my e-mail was immediate, reassuring and transparent - involving a swift message to the distributor (copied to me) which resulted in a quick identification of the missing item - an update to the parts list and assembly instructions from the manufacturer. All was fine, but Vigano Customer Services maintained contact until they were absolutely certain I was satisfied . Thanks Jason!
I have lived in Australia and just moved to England a few weeks ago due to work commitments, I have been looking for the Hills original airer and finally managed to find it on Vigano, the sales team were very helpful, I ordered the airer on Monday morning and received it the next day around 10 am, I also got a free cover as well, I will definitely recommend this company.
The friends of West End Park were holding a 'Planting in the Park' day and another company let us down with delivery of a vital mower. Jason at Vigano pulled out al the stops to ensure a Saturday delivery, even emailing at nearly midnight - that's the kind of dedication that is all too rare today - Oh and the mower's good too! I had a few problems with my item being delivered, not from the company, just because of my schedule. They kept in contact with me from day one. Nothing was too much trouble, problems were listened to and sorted, product arrived the day that I had asked for and was extremely satisfied with every aspect of this purchase, good company, would highly recommend and definitely use them again.
I ordered an iRobot from this company and heard nothing from them for several days. I emailed to ask when it would come, they replied to say they had emailed me to say it was out of stock and they were trying to source a different model. I checked, no email had ever been received, not even in my junk email folder.
The next day I emailed again to ask what was happening and was fobbed off.
I have just received my replacement suitcase for our antler order and I thought I would write a short email to say thank you for the first class service your company has given us. Right from ordering and dealing with the damaged case it has been excellent. Not so many companies put enough into customer service anymore but your company has really impressed me and I will definitely recommend you to others.
I ordered a SousVide water oven on Monday, and got delivery yesterday (Tuesday) fantastic service, great product, my wife will be happy with her gift for xmas. A big thanks to Vigano for a fantastic service, this is how internet shopping should be, Andrew
