Vmaxx have had my money for more than twice the quoted maximum delivery time. The item I ordered is quoted as in stock but I haven't received anything, not even a single email. They have not responded to my message via their website. Neither have they responded to my calls requesting an update/tracking number. My advice is to spend another couple of pounds with another merchant, the small saving simply isn't worth this hassle. If you must use this company, make sure you pay on a credit card to provide some protection for when it all goes wrong.

We've placed an order with these guys 2 weeks ago. We haven't received our order nor have we received any communication from them nor can we get a hold of them after making multiple attempts to contact them.
DO NOT USE!

After almost 3 weeks, and no contact from the them. I have finally received an email saying the parcel has been sent with a tracking number.

I bought a sound bar from Vmaxx in February. After 2 months it only worked intermittently; now it doesn't work at all. Vmaxx said I should contact the manufacturer which I did but they said that faulty goods purchased in ROI are covered by the supplier warranty not the manufacturer. Vmaxx now won't respond to my e-mails so I have complained to the UK European Consumer Centre (Trading Standards).

I ordered a phone from them from which i was under the misconception that it was a phone, but was rather a wi-fi that cannot make or receive calls. Anyways, i emailed them requesting for a return address of goods & was assured that upon receipt of item, i would be refunded. That was just over 3 weeks ago & am still waiting for that refund.
Good company for ordering your goods & helpful too, but not when it comes to refunding your money. Avoid at all costs, unless you are absolutely happy before ordering.
