priceing was very good and the information supplied for the product was bold and cleat and several images helped me decide i wss going to buy
Great Value, Cheapest place i found on the net. and everything about the ordering process was quick and easy.
Long delivery quotes though which may normally put me off.

Cheap price and great service from WAE. Also free post :).
It took 23 days to get my money back on a cancelled order. At least I did get a refund unlike some others have stated. Not the best company to deal with, it took many emails and consequently gave me some frustration.
Great selection of items at really good prices and reasonable delivery. Items come quickly, well wrapped and as described. Would be nice to get email notification of despatch.
Another order placed today. Prices quoted are incl VAT and most orders will be free delivery. Ordering process very straightforward and not fraught with the problems I've experienced elsewhere. They are now my one-stop-shop for most of our stationery items.

I wanted to purchase a Samsung monitor with TV tuner card. Searched around and WAE+ had one for £109 - bargain - or so I thought.
I paid for it on my card, they took money same day - item was listed as IN STOCK - standard delivery was 2 weeks later - I can wait so no issues with that.
Delivery date came - I checked website and there stock issues. However, they had not contacted me with this. Unable to phone so emailed them and they said they had no idea when they would get stock back in - offered two alternatives £72 - no TV tuner - or £150. I did not want to pay £150.
After several emails asking for a refund, was promised refund has been actioned, I complained because 7 days later I was STILL waiting for my money - sorry, we have now processed it - alas, another 5 days later I have still not received my money.
I am concerned I will not get my money back - they took it immediately and the item was listed as in stock - I think they are a shambles and would NOT recommend.

I ordered a monitor stand and payment was accepted only to receive an email telling me the product was no longer available and would I like a full refund. I replied I would like to order an alternative product giving them the reference and as it was cheaper asking for the difference to be refunded, but this was ignored and I had to telephone to make sure they understood what I wanted. Had to order the alternative and pay for it separately and wait for a refund (can take up to 30 days) for the original item. The alternative product was in stock and was delivered so I got there in the end.
Placed order on 29/04 finally received my order on the 20/05.
Not sure if I would use again as I like to receive my orders within a timely manner.

Order came within the advertised time by secure UPS mail - only downside being the absence of any kind of dispatch notice so I wasn't in to accept the first attempt at delivery. Second attempt was the following day so no biggie. An otherwise uneventful transaction.
The earphones are largely unknown outside audio enthusiast circles - down to a total lack of marketing from TDK - but they're fantastic.. At full RRP they're an absolute steal for the sound quality... but at the WAE price they're essential.

I ordered a Mappy motorbike SatNav on a Saturday evening but was a little worried because of the very low price. It arrived on the following Tuesday morning. Both the product, price and delivery very good.

The website is easy to use and prices are great. I ordered some headphones a while back which we're supposed to arrive after 10 days. When they didn't arrive and I started reading bad reviews on trustpilot I was worried. I got a couple of emails that stock was delayed into the warehouse etc. After 30 days I received a message that the item was out of stock and I received a refund. It's good that they refunded the money but bad that they held onto it as long as possible before refunding it considering the items were not in stock. I have ordered something else as prices are great and they do refund but I wouldn't use them if you really need items quickly and reliably.
Bought a Corsair Vengeance 8GB memory module. Miles cheaper than anywhere else and they had plenty of stock. Delivery was a bargain for the delivery times! Would buy from here again!

ordered an item from them which was in stock (obviously) and was given a guaranteed delivery date of 1 to 3 days. days passed and no delivery. i got in touch with them and, give them their due, they responded very quickly and appologised, they were going to deliver from their european warehouse with again a delivery of 1-3 days. days passed and still no delivery. i got in touch with them yet again and once again they responded very quickly but this time they gave me the ups tracking code for the item. upon checking the ups web site the item had only just been picked up, so there was no way that they were ever going to make the 1 to 3 days delivery schedule.
their web site was very easy to navigate and order from, when i contacted them they were very quick to reply and courteous but their dispatch department is shocking which at the end of the day is the main part of gaining customer satisfaction. i have items sent from the furthest reaches of the world to arrive in the north of scotland within 2 days, why can a uk based company do the same thing? in this age of technology a company should automatically give the customer a tracking code so that they can see the progress of the delivery
question is, whay happened to the first item that was sent (or was it?)
Overall quick with processing my order cancellation request, but was not automated so probably only works in office hours. Also option to cancel order was not exactly easy to find within customer section of website.

Sounds the same as most of the other reviews on here (which I wished I'd checked first)!
I ordered a hard drive, which was described as being in stock. To date, it has taken them six days to even 'allocate the item' never mind actually despatch it from their warehouse.
I have no idea why it has taken this long as the item is in stock, but as I ordered the product on 17 May and they think an estimated delivery date of between 23 - 28 May is reasonable, I won't be using them again and won't recommend them to my friends!
I have had complete satisfaction with the goods I have purchased from WAE+, the items I have required have always been in stock and I usually receive the items within 3-4 days from placing my order.
Ordered 3 x Hard Drives today at what seems like a good price. Delivery cheap but I think they must be using carrier pigeons as stating 9-10 days by Royal Mail (slow even for them). Anyway goods obviously have not yet arrived so cannot tell the final outcome but hoping for great things.

Waited nearly a month for the order, kept being told there were delays of a few days. Told after 23 days they were still waiting for stock, even though it says in stock online! Once a refund was requested, I now have to wait 30 days for my refund! Call centre is in India and can't actually deal with any complaints, and if you want to anything on their site, you need a password, which they do not give you, only an order number.

I ordered 9 grow bags 0n the 7th May. Delivery, 7 to 10 days. The money was taken from my credit card that day.
I still have not received them. I checked my account today and found that the order had been cancelled. I had not cancelled them. I have NOT received my money back.
Not A Very Good Service.
I hope that I get my payment back immediately and if I ever decide to buy anything else from them I get better Service.
