soooo far from happy

my first problem was when i went to put an order through for a 300 pound tv i had a problem with the money gettin froze by my banks but wae had declined the order all my bank asked me for to unfreeze the money was a fax from wae but after having to phone them on average 6 times with a 30 minute wait each time the company told me they was going to send a letter but did not bother making me wait longer so the banks could just unfreeze it theirselves the customer service was not helpful at all and slightly rude and annoying at times after putting my order through again i am still waiting for a tv even though it has been 10 working days after waiting again for 30 minutes on the phone a lady tells me my item is out of stock on the 10th working day and that i was sent an email when i was not and that i have to wait for another email to get told whether my tv wil be in stock and sent again or i have to settle with an alternative totally ridiculous for a suppose to be professional company im even starting to wonder if the site is a con im only going to be working towards a refund right now.
