Ordered a game in time for Christmas selected the Express delivery to ensure it was there for christmas, and thought Christmas shopping was now complete. Took payment immediately, around 4 days later receive an email saying they are having stocking issues. No information about what options I was left with now or whether the stocking issues were going to be resolved. I went on the website and found the link to request a refund, which took around another 4 days to get back in my bank. So over a week after taking my payment I have now got my money back in my account but it is too late to buy anything else online and will now have to hit the shops which is something I didn't expect to have to do. Poor system, shouldn't be aloud to take my money for something that is out of stock.
