very very dissapointed

i orderd a tv and only after they took the money out of my account i recieved an email saying they were out of stock. i tryed emailing them several times after this. i finally phoned them to find out what was happing and told them i wanted a refund. i was told the money would be in my account in 2-3 days , that was 1 week ago. i.am still waiting on my refund . I am considering reporting them to the FSA
