I ordered a digital photo frame which came promptly enough but it didn't work and although advertised as new it was clearly used. I contacted them to say it was being returned which they accepted and sent me a Courier label. You are supposed to be able to have the Courier company pick it up but I couldn't work out how. The website links are clear enough but don't actually work unless you are an existing customer of the Courier company and use their services already. I ended up with a 30 mile round trip to deliver the package to the Courier companys local depot. They acknowledged receipt of the return but after two weeks I realised I hadn't actually received a refund. I contacted my credit card company who then contacted WAE and suddenly I had my refund. Not by worst experience of shopping online but not far off it.
