I ordered an item from WAE+, it was not delivered and I got no refund. Too late I realised that WAE+ were trading dishonestly. Thanks to my credit card bank's services and help I got a full refund.
You may find the following notes helpful, these are notes that came from a website providing advice to individuals that had paid for goods by credit or debit card but had not received goods before the company went into administration.
"If you've bought something on your credit card costing more than £100, Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act means the card provider is jointly responsible for any breaches of contract.
For example, you could ask for a refund if the things you bought weren't delivered.
Write to your credit card company with details of your claim.
If you’ve paid by debit card you may be able to claim through the MasterCard and Visa chargeback scheme, as long as it hasn’t been more than 120 days since paying on your debit card and making your claim."
