Very good web site to order items like remote control etc at very good price.
I had to phone up to clarify whether I was about to order the right product. Manufacturers Code was right but description was srong. This all takes time
placed order money was taken was ment to be deliverying on 22/24 I had to ring to find out what what stocking issues were on my order was then told they could not complete order even when they had already taken my money as they could no longer get the phone now have to wait upto 30 days for refund after the money was taken and they had no stock completely rubbish not happy at all would still be waiting for order if i had not rang

I'm often asked to "fix" computers belonging to family or friends. Sometimes they are desktops without wifi. The USB adapter which has just arrived will be very welcome. It is not very expensive (useful as it will only get occasional use).
Ordering was no problem and delivery inexpensive and quick.

Ordered a couple of PC parts totalling just under £200. Even paid £7.49 for the express delivery (6-8 days). Was given an expected delivery date of 2-4 days later than the 8 days for the express delivery. Decided that I would wait for the estimated delivery date. This is the last day but still no sign of the items so I e-mailed and called the customer services. I was told that the item was not at their warehouse but that it was expected to arrive today. This however, means that the item will not get sent until Monday and I will not receive it until Tuesday (6 days after the express delivery I paid for and 4 days later than the estimated delivery dates given!!!)
At the time of ordering the parts they were "in stock". At no point in all this was I informed that the item I ordered in was not in stock and would take longer to get here. Had I been informed of this I would have cancelled my order and gone elsewhere. When I called them and spoke to their customer services I asked for a refund on my express delivery as they had not kept to the time frame. At this point I was told that I could have a store credit but not a refund to my card. As if I would want to use them again after this experience.
Time will now tell as to whether the parts arrive on Tuesday or not but I will certainly never use WAE+ again and will not be recommending them to anyone else.
Just ordered an Oral B - super high tech toothbrush- it beats as it sweeps as it cleans!
Got it for half price and free delivery though not next day and as I write this lets hope it arrives when they have said - abit of a wait 10-12 days but there you go . Cheaper than Amazon as well .

This company are useless and liars to boot. I noticed a special offer on their website saying free delivery in 3 days so I ordered. I then phoned them a couple of days later as I had not received any communications, the bloke said it would be sent out a day later for delivery in two days, this did not happen and I heard nowt back so I phoned again only to be told it would be sent out so I then requested a refund which they begrudgingly told me they would sort out but would take 5 days. I received an email telling me that a refund had been processed so I ordered from another company in the meantime. Then, 7days later the item turned up and a refund still had not been processed, So basically it took them 2 weeks to deliver and I now have two of the same item.
Basically they are just a shoddy con operation doing their best to fleece customers.

I ordered a new GFX Card and a 27" IPS Monitor, prices seemed very good.
It took longer than I expected for the items to be shipped, only to find out that when my order arrived it was only the GFX Card.
They need some modifications to their invoicing to enable part shipping and they also need a process to keep customers updated.
I called them today and ordered a different monitor, which cost more than the original. So I'll see what happens this time.
Oh and their customer support were, not at fault, I have spoken to 3 different people and they were all very helpful.
I placed an order for CreativeD200 speaker on 30 April and the waeplus website showed the goods in stock. It transpires they never had the item in stock and today they asked me to wait a few more days. Having read other reviews of this company it appears common from those reviews for waeplus to do this and the goods never arrive and shoppers are left waiting for a refund that never comes and they have to go to the small claims court. I've contacted my credit card company to get my money back.
Delivery arrived on time and the price was excellent. Great item great service I will defiantly be using WAE+ again.
I ordered a motherboard from WAE+ as part of an HTPC I'm putting together. I'd checked to see if it was in stock, and they confirmed by email the following day that it was.
I then placed the order, and had some problems with making the payment; the website hung up during the final part of the payment process. I'm not sure if this was the WAE+ website or my credit card authorisation. Anyway, I contacted WAE+, and they emailed a reply immediately that the order had not gone through, so I placed the order again, successfully this time. 4 days later the board arrived (sent with UPS), and having built the PC, it's in full working order.
I'd definitely use WAE again, assuming their pricing remains competitive. Just to be completely transparent, I should also note that they've given me a £5 credit to write this review on Trustpilot, but they did say the review could be good, bad or otherwise.
So, in summary, all OK, just a normal online supplier as far as I can see.
Ordered ink stamp pad refill from WAE. I had never heard of them before but at such a low price and FREE delivery thought I would give it a go.
I certainly wasn't disappointed ! Fast delivery and excellent product all at a low price!
I will look there again for for things to buy soon.
When ordering on line I was alerted to the fact that the company was experiencing problems with their secure pament service but it waas until I viewed m visa statement a week later that i realised that i had been carged 3 times for my order. I contacted the company (eventually) after several attempts and finally hanging on the phone for what seemed like for ever and was told that arrangements would be made to refund the overpayment(s). Two weeks later my allocated delivery window came and went and I hadn't received my order so I contacted the company again. Another lengthy wait to be answered and then I was told that no one could tell me whether my refund had been processed as Accounts were "still investigating". When I then complained that I hadn't received my goods I was told that they were doing their best to get them to me as soon as possible and that I didn't fully understand because ther had been "other issues" besides mine.

The product was exactly what I wanted, the price was right, it was easy to order, the payment choices were excellent, it arrived the next day, not bad considering I didn't order it till after 4 O'clock on a Sunday. It was well packed, correctly addressed and contained a proper delivery note, I would recommend them to anybody without any hesitation, and as Arnie said "I'll be Back"!
Once again WAE+ offer the cheapest price & the option of free delivery. As yet I have had no need to make use of their customer service, but from what I've read they seem fine & most if not all the negative reviews seem a little unreasonable.
I would recommend WAE+ to anyone who wants the cheapest price & a hassle free transaction . . . so that's everyone.

Competitive pricing, free delivery for my item, really easy/quick ordering
I've been searching for a quality netbook case for my 11.6" netbook and couldn't find anything I really liked the look of and for a decent price. After searching for a while, I found exactly what I was looking for. A type of netbook bag that was made of Polyester which would give it a sturdy feel, extra compartments to add accessories and/or documents, different colours that are popular (my favourite being a navy/blue - which they surprisingly had!) and to top it off - a much cheaper price than other places that weren't even offering these basics!
The payment option was also very quick and I liked how there was an extra option to upgrade your delivery choice at a later time!
I was a bit unsure as I don't usually use websites that I've not used or heard of before - but I just felt safe to use this one at WAE+! Would deffo consider it more in the future for more products now! Thanks a lot WAE+! :)

I ORDERED A CD/CASSETTE PLAYER AND EXPECTED DELIVERY WITHIN 2 WEEKS, I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY INFORMATION FROM WAE+ THAT MY ITEM WAS OUT OF STOCK. WHEN I PHONED CUSTOMER SERVICES I WAS OFFERED THE OPTIONS OF WAITING FOR NEW STOCK TO ARRIVE, CHOOSING AN ALTERNATIVE ITEM OR A FULL REFUND. I OPTED FOR THE REFUND WHICH WAS PROCESSED QUICKLY. I THINK I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN AS THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT WAS GOOD.
I placed an order for a product from the website for approximately £170.00 After completing the payment there was no confirmation screen or any errors, just went back to step 1 of the process. After calling HSBC WAE had authorised payment from my account. After calling WAEplus to see if the order was ok, I was told no such order had been placed and no details of my payment. I was then asked to email the management team with all the details of the purchase. After not hearing back from the management team I called back three times and the third time I was given a straight answer. There was a problem with the address and the order did not complete so I had to replace the order over the Telephone. the £170 I originally paid would not be returned to my bank account until 3 working days have passed.
If the process failed I should not have been charged at all!
After much frustration I am still waiting for the original payment to be returned.
I just hope they will be able to deliver within the 7 days quoted delivery time.

It doesn't fit in my optical drive bay but they refuse to refund citing that business to business transactions are non-refundable. That would be fine if the product did as they describe but it doesn't fit.

Used these guys a few times. Delivery times vary from 5 to 10 days, depending on where they have their items stored. Just because it says something is in stock, it doesn't mean in stock at UK Birmingham warehouse. They have other warehouses, the longer the ETA, the further away the item is stored, dunno where possibly India where their call centre is (at least they can speak English OK though).
You will have to wait longer, but you will save money. That's the compromise. If you need items fast, use someone else. Otherwise save a few quid with these guys.

Exceptionally poor shopping experience. Online system failed on four attempts, web splash screen to phone instead. When I phoned the very pleasant and friendly agent presented as being confused why I had called and encouraged me to try online again. This next online attempt also failed. Called back, placed order over the phone which was a little demanding as enunciation was a barrier and I found myself spelling phonetically most words I said. Was informed there were problems placing the order, but then assured "its now gone through". received email confirmation immediately on hanging up. Although I had quoted the Plus Code, product description, cost and manufactures number the order had not just been duplicated, but also contained wrong items. Online account suggested that I had NOT placed ANY order, but did give me the option to cancel a single and totally different order number. Called back a different agent, again very nice and pleasant but language a barrier unable to help said he would get the original agent to call back - so far nothing. Wish I had of gone elsewhere and paid the small difference extra to what WAE charge - time, and phone calls it would have been far cheaper anyway. Oh and incidentally, when setting up the account (that I didn't want but they needed to be able to take a phone order ????) they've duplicated my name. Very pleasant, welcoming and friendly people (I guess) let down by poor training, unreliable systems and a faulted management framework, and inappropriate recruitment selection.
Very pleased with my Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1. It was the best price around. The delivery took a day longer than stated, but the customer service was good. I would definitely use WAE again
