I ordered a watch, which stated it would arrive the next day. After ordering I emailed asking for confirmation that it would - no response. No response the next day either and no confirmation that it had been sent. Although funnily enough 5 minutes after I chased them again I receive an email confirming it had been sent out - which is now too late for me to receive it as I'm away.
Quite frankly appalling customer service, their phone lines are constantly engaged or off the hook, so you can't even speak to someone. The only reason I ordered with them was because they claimed to send next day. Not so!
Avoid! Watches may be slightly cheaper but it also seems to equate to awful service.
Excellent company to deal with. After choosing my watch, I received it the next day. Can't get quicker than that. The watch itself had sold out in retail shops because of its popularity but this company not only had stock but was cheaper. 5* for a friendly, professional & efficient company for which I will certainly recommend.
Again, I wasn't disappointed. Bought the watch last tuesday (feb 5), received it yesterday feb 8. I was amazed at how fast the international shipping was, because I was expecting it to arrive here in northern Europe by next week. The packaging was very good. And of course the watch was breathtaking, as the previous one. Both brand new watches, and the prices were cheaper than other online stores. I'm indeed very satisfied in choosing Watchtown. Thank you again!
I bought a watch and when it arrived, it was obvious it was not brand new and looked like an ex-display watch. Not only did I have to pay to return it, they charged me restock fees! I since bought the same watch from another site and you could tell straight away the difference. Avoid them at all costs!

I wrote to the watchtown twice (no answer first time) and on 8th of June recieved a reply
It will be with you before Monday.
Today is 20.6. and they still didn't send me the bill.
They give me no choice other than contact the tax authorities and ask them what's going on.
10 days after purchasing my watch I had not received either my watch or any communication regarding it. I emailed 3 times with no response. In the end I rang up their customer care who were not very helpful and who told me my watch wasn't in stock and would be sent to me 'tomorrow'. Another 4 working days passed so I rang again and was finally told it was dispatched. Not once did I receive an email reply or any communication, I felt I had to chase down the company for information.
That being said, when the watch finally arrived it was in perfect condition in the box, a beautiful watch, and watchtown provided the cheapest website online, even cheaper than Amazon
