The courier firm used was dreadful. What should have been a simple scheduled delivery turned out to be a complete farce and broken promises. They even forgot to put the item in their delivery van, despite this the driver turned up at our house and then looked very sheepish. The courier company was only contactable by a mobile number which was switched off after about 6pm and their message box was full.
Wayfair constantly pestered me for feedback and reviews, despite the fact I asked to be unsubscribed and removed from their mailing list. Well - here's your review.
Going on the experience I had, I would recommend people go elsewhere if they want a positive buying experience.
