All of CEX merchandise is second hand so when looking to purchase an item I naturally wanted to pick it up and check for any external signs of damage, only to be told, 'You are not alowed to touch the items'
I complained to their head office only to be told it is company policy to avoid the risk of theft.
Thank you CEX for treating me like a thief, another lost customer.

I apologise if you were made to feel uncomfortable. We do have Loss Prevention stuff in place when allowing customers to handle products - but you shouldn't be made to feel uncomfortable. I'll feed this back to our stores to ensure we treat our customers as best we can.
