Ordered an AMD R9 290x for the sum of £342.50...thought not a bad price,card came very quickly but when opened it was just an R9 290 (which i can get brand new for £280) Emailed them on 22/01/2014 telling them i was returning item as it was not as described and not what i had ordered,got confirmation email to say they had got my email and someone would be in touch within 48 hours. It is now 6 days after i sent my email...the only email i have had from them is one asking me to leave a review about them on here lol!!! Card has been sent back anyway and i am now waiting for my refund...patiently...to begin with... I have used CEX for 21 years and can't recommend using them to place online orders with,if you must use them always use one of their stores...at least this way if you do have to take something back you can do it more conveniently.
Update 12/02/14...cex confirmed on 29/01/14 they have received product...i am still waiting for my refund,even though after countless emails they say they are looking into the matter,£342.50 down still...at the moment!!!
