Resent Broken Item That i am waiting for a refund from the first time it was sent.
Sold me a broken game, was returned and a voucher refund issued, sent said voucher off and still not received the money back in my account. meanwhile i purchased another copy of the game, but when it arrived it was the same exact copy that they had sent before and proven to be faulty. Just a month apart. So now i am awaiting 2 refunds, paid £5 postage im never likely to see refunded and waiting days apart for their customer service team to get in touch. Avoid.

If you drop an email to email@example.com as I can't find one if you have sent one already, and put your full name and order number with the issue and i will make sue WeCare to respond to you and resolve this !
