Its simply should not take 3 working days for you to process an order. Dont give people a traking number for something that cannot be tracked, I wasted time phoning the royal mail just to be told that my product can only be tracked once ive signed for it. Also your help survices are dreadfull. I have sent you 2 emails in the past week. where was a response. Its so annoying that there is no phone number to ring. And when i go into a branch why is it they cannot do anything with regards to tracking my order. Your online survices are far to stressfull. Massive shame.
