My online order was cancelled without reasonable explanation, despite the transaction being approved by my bank. I have still not had a response to my email to 'wecare', only response was through the twitter account but they were not able to help me at all, as with staff in store. No customer support available whatsoever, not even a number to call.

I'm sorry to hear this but we do follow strict security checks on all orders and all customers- you should of had a email to say why it was cancelled
