Wellworking's website was easy to use to order my Hermann Miller Sayl chair. The price of an individual chair was almost identical to other sites so I guess is more or less fixed by HM. The post order communication was good and the briefing on the chair and it's functions when the chair was delivered was excellent, I would cite this as a reason to choose them compare to other sites.
Excellent service from Wellworking. Lee Jones was incredibly helpful and quick in responding to my request. He personally saw the refit all the way through to the end and went out of his way to ensure that I was kept up to speed at every step of the process. An easy and hassle free experience. Many thanks.

The chair was delivered quickly; the man delivering it was very helpful, friendly, and gave a lot of very clear and useful advice as to how to use it. I was very happy with the service and so far I'm also happy with the product itself.
I remember ordering my Herman Miller Mirra chair about six years ago now from WellWorking. The service was excellent and prompt. They gave an hour window when they would arrive, brought the chair in and even talked me through how to change all the settings.
When the chair back began to crack a few months ago, I was worried. The chair back itself on the Mirra is only covered by the Herman Miller warranty for five years. The rest of the chair is covered for much longer. I emailed them asking if they provided replacement parts, but believing I would end up paying another £400 for a new chair!
The replacement back cost me £40. When it was delivered, I was all set to replace it myself, but apparently the price includes having someone replace it for you. After having seen one of them do it, I'm glad I didn't have to attempt it by myself.
The team is responsive in a very timely manner and assists in every way, even if it means I am changing my order for a downgraded product. That's what every client hopes for - a business catered for client needs. Hands down - superb working team.

I needed a replacement seat for my Mirra chair. Wellworking customer service provided a quote on the basis of a photo, the order process was very easy and I was kept informed at all times about the progress of the order. When I was given the delivery date, I specified what time would be convenient for me, Welloworking confirmed that they would work around this and they arrived at that time and replaced the seat within 10 minutes.

I already have a Herman Miller Mirra chair at work, so was keen to get one for my home office, and a work colleague recommended Wellworking. He was not wrong, as it was all very simple, from ordering to delivery. This was on the very next day, and Alan took the time to talk me through the operation. I learned more about how best to set up the chair, and have been able to apply these lessons at work too.
All in all a very good experience, can't recommend enough.
Got the chair i wanted on the day i wanted, where i wanted it....not easy as it was being delivered to a school on the day all the new boys and their parents arrived. A very nice and intelligent chap delivered it and gave a very comprehenive lesson in how to get he most out of the chair. Offered to be available on the phone if we had more questions. All in all very impressive service.

Timely delivery, brought the chair and cabinet into my home office, unwrapped the chair and cabinet and then showed me how to use the chair effectively and provided useful advice regarding the positioning of the chair. All in all an excellent service.

Purchased 7 office chairs; delivery was quick, prompt timing on the day and we even got full setup for staff which was excellent (oh and chairs setup with rubbish taken away!) - overall VERY happy and would not hesitate to use these guys again. Superb products of course but the difference with Wellworking is the outstanding customer service. I received great advice on selecting a desk and office chair but when they were delivered they were then both set up to my exact requirements, nothing was too much trouble.
I will now only use Wellworking for my office furniture requirements in the future.
All in all very impressed with this company so far. We bought a couple of chairs, they arrived the next day as promised. The staff were polite and very helpful trying to ensure we set the ergonomic chairs up correctly.

Overall, my experience with Wellworking was good. However, my order was four weeks late. That was a problem with the supplier, I understand, and not Wellworking's fault but I still feel unable to rate the service as perfect.
That said, the company communicated with me throughout the process and was very apologetic about the delay. The man who delivered my chair was polite, friendly and very helpful. I'd definitely recommend the company to a friend.
Great customer service from the Wellworking team from placing my order by telephone to the delivery of my Sense desk and Sayl chair 48 hours later.
The delivery guys arrived on time, assembled the furniture and checked that the desk was at the correct height for me and before they left checked I was comfortable in the the chair. No assembly hasle, no packaging to dispose of and a couple of friendly smiles !

The office chair I bought is wonderful. It is very expensive, but extremely comfortable and flexible. From the moment I placed the order, the company gave me perfect ("old-fashioned") service. No razzmatazz, just swift information and instant feedback to my communication. When David arrived dead on time he put the complete chair with leather armrests etc into my office, adjusted everything professionally to my particular requirements, showed me patiently how to use and adjust the chair and then left swiftly.
The whole process was wonderfully uncomplicated and without the slightest hiccup. Something I am just not used to any more :-) !

Chair was delivered by one of their reps, who unpackaged the product and ensured it was fully adjusted to my requirements within my working environment. For high end chairs that come with so many features it was a comfort to know I got the best experience from my purchase. the phone ordering was very simple and the operator very helpful, particularly in setting up a delivery to suit me. The delivery came when agreed and the man who came with the chairs was very helpful and gave a brilliant explanation of how to use and operate them - first class service!
I am very impressed by the service and support of Wellworking. Even though the delivery of the chair was delayed by a month through no fault of Wellworking, I was informed by email followed up by a phone call, explaining the reason for the delay.
I was offered a loan chair until the chair was delivered.
I was also given notice a few days before the delivery, and on the day before the delivery, I received an email and also a call to advise of the day and a 1 hour slot for the delivery.
The chair arrived at the time specified (punctually). The staff deliverying the chair was very courteous and friendly. He was very patient and spent time going through how to make best use of the chair.
