Excellent product (Aaron task chair) and similarly excellent delivery and set up service. Having someone show you what to do and help you adjust the chair makes all the difference rather than just an instruction manual.

Great price; great service
I am very pleased with my new Herman Miller chair that was supplied by Wellworking. Their price was extremely competitive. Not only was delivery free but a very helpful gentleman installed the chair, demonstrated all of its functions and helped me to set it up so that it would be used in the most ergonomic manner.

A painless way to get into a comfortable, new office chair.
This is how I like to buy via the internet. A well laid out website where you can quickly see the cost of what you're buying whilst you adjust the options. Personal phone calls to let you know when the delivery will be made. A follow up call the day before to confirm the time of the one hour delivery slot. The delivery - the chair is carried to the room, wrapping removed and then adjusted to fit its new owner. I already knew what the chair was like as my office is equipped with them, but it was nice to have the chair's functions explained and adjusted for me.
Overall, a pleasant experience and something from which many other firms could learn.

excellent service and attention to detail
I use a Herman Miller chair at work so knew how good they were and how expensive. Wellworking were significantly cheaper than the high street and left informative voice and emails to agree a delivery day and then timeslot.
The chair was for my wife and she was very impressed with the whole experience and has already commented that her back doesn't hurt when she stands up (it used to in her old 'staples' chair)

Excellent service at the right price.
We received an excellent service from Wellworking. We have all been assessed everyone has the right equipment and those who were experiencing problems have no complaints. The assessors were extremely thorough and friendly. Nothing has been overlooked. I compared the prices for some of the items we purchased and in most cases this company was the cheapest if not at the same price. I would thoroughly recommend Wellworking to anyone.

great product, great communication, great service
very happy with all aspects of my contact and service from everyone at Wellworking. I purchased an Aeron chair, and every step has taken place on time and as advised.
Emails are promptly responded to, and my telephone conversations a pleasure.
Delivery was on the day agreed, and earlier than the planned time. The chair was quickly and skilfully adjusted to me and my working environment.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this team.

Helpful, knowledgeable and great service
Wellworking provided a fantastic service, from when I first phoned them with lots of questions to the final delivery of setting up the chair. Was impressed with how much they were able to advise over the phone. The cost of the chair was significantly lower than John Lewis, but exactly the same - and with better service as they actually came and fitted the chair for me at my desk to ensure I was sitting in the right way - certainly reassuring with a bad back. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and they even managed to get the chair to me within 2 days of ordering it as they knew it was urgent.

Good as gold
I went to their website, which was very clear and allowed for a good review of all offered chairs. Picked the one I wanted, ordered, paid online and had it delivered on time and as specified. No complaints, would recommend to anyone. The price was also extremely competitive.

Pre order phone call very helpful. Ordering online was easy, product delivered in perfect condition and demonstrated clearly.
I would highly recommend the company.
Only blip was the 1 hour delivery slot being missed by 2 hours which was inconvenient.

Could not have been better
I ordered these chairs and delivery was a few days later. By the time I got in to the office the chairs had been delivered, assembled and were in situ on the first floor! My staff were singing the praises of the delivery guys who could not have been better.

Exceptionally good service
Ordering things over the internet is often a soulless experience, but I had a friendly phone call from Wellworking just a few minutes after I placed my order. The chair was delivered just a couple of days later, by a knowledgeable rep who set it up correctly for me and showed me how to adjust all the settings.

Very good service and always willing to help with the smallest thing
Arrange a scheduled delivery window for the new desk but they arrived a bit early and I had not totally dismantled/moved my old desk out of the way.
Both members of the delivery team gave me a hand to get the old desk out of the way and take me through the steps of setting up the Herman Miller Sense desk and new CBS Zorro monitor arms.
A great service from start to the final setup.

Just plain fantastic!
I didn't know this company before, but they were brilliant over several weeks as I tried different models and finally chose my new chair, just delivered two days ago. Everything was exactly as advertised, completely punctual, with no exceptions whatsoever. And all delivered with friendly smiles and a lot of courteous advice. Fantastic. Thank you.

New chair got rid of my backache
Am very pleased with my new chair. Have suffered from backache (sitting at desk for long periods) for a number of years. My new chair has got rid of that almost overnight. It did take a while to get it but well worth it in the end.

Perfect customer service
Readily available and easily contactable staff dealt with pre-sales questions quickly. Wellworking were very proactive in contacting me when delivery was made impossible due to weather. Feel very confident in post-sale customer support, if I should ever need it.
Would be nice if they did more frequent deliveries to areas outside of London, but that's a very minor grumble. Delivery guy was very helpful, though. He set up and calibrated my new Aeron chair well.

The guy who delivered the chair took it into my study and made sure I understood how to adjust it. He then ensured it was adjusted to meet my ergonomic requirements.

Amazing customer experience!
From the word go I was literally in good hands.
People who knew what they were talking about gave excellent advice and fitted the chair to my physical requirements (rather than the other way round).
Even after the sale the follow up service was excellent, with a full explanation of all the chair functions and a comprehensive demo.
Delivery was on the agreed date, at the agreed time, with Rupert providing a courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and professional service.
What’s not to like? Happy to endorse and wouldn’t dream now of going anywhere else!

I had an Aeron chair in need of repair. A quick discussion with the folks at Wellworking and they were able to fix it at a cost below my worst fears. Not only that but the service engineer was able to re-acquaint me with all the settings of the chair and how I could get best use out of it. Very helpful indeed. I will certainly be calling on them again if I need any help with my Aeron or indeed with my other types of chair.
