Excellent product (Aaron task chair) and similarly excellent delivery and set up service. Having someone show you what to do and help you adjust the chair makes all the difference rather than just an instruction manual.

My Herman Miller Sayl chair was delivered on time by a courteous staff member who gave me full instructions on how to use it.
This is how I like to buy via the internet. A well laid out website where you can quickly see the cost of what you're buying whilst you adjust the options. Personal phone calls to let you know when the delivery will be made. A follow up call the day before to confirm the time of the one hour delivery slot. The delivery - the chair is carried to the room, wrapping removed and then adjusted to fit its new owner. I already knew what the chair was like as my office is equipped with them, but it was nice to have the chair's functions explained and adjusted for me.
Overall, a pleasant experience and something from which many other firms could learn.
I use a Herman Miller chair at work so knew how good they were and how expensive. Wellworking were significantly cheaper than the high street and left informative voice and emails to agree a delivery day and then timeslot.
The chair was for my wife and she was very impressed with the whole experience and has already commented that her back doesn't hurt when she stands up (it used to in her old 'staples' chair)
We received an excellent service from Wellworking. We have all been assessed everyone has the right equipment and those who were experiencing problems have no complaints. The assessors were extremely thorough and friendly. Nothing has been overlooked. Wellworking provided a fantastic service, from when I first phoned them with lots of questions to the final delivery of setting up the chair. Was impressed with how much they were able to advise over the phone. The cost of the chair was significantly lower than John Lewis, but exactly the same - and with better service as they actually came and fitted the chair for me at my desk to ensure I was sitting in the right way - certainly reassuring with a bad back. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and they even managed to get the chair to me within 2 days of ordering it as they knew it was urgent.
I went to their website, which was very clear and allowed for a good review of all offered chairs. Picked the one I wanted, ordered, paid online and had it delivered on time and as specified. No complaints, would recommend to anyone. The price was also extremely competitive.

I ordered these chairs and delivery was a few days later. By the time I got in to the office the chairs had been delivered, assembled and were in situ on the first floor! My staff were singing the praises of the delivery guys who could not have been better.
Ordering things over the internet is often a soulless experience, but I had a friendly phone call from Wellworking just a few minutes after I placed my order. The chair was delivered just a couple of days later, by a knowledgeable rep who set it up correctly for me and showed me how to adjust all the settings.

Arrange a scheduled delivery window for the new desk but they arrived a bit early and I had not totally dismantled/moved my old desk out of the way.
Both members of the delivery team gave me a hand to get the old desk out of the way and take me through the steps of setting up the Herman Miller Sense desk and new CBS Zorro monitor arms.

I didn't know this company before, but they were brilliant over several weeks as I tried different models and finally chose my new chair, just delivered two days ago. Am very pleased with my new chair. Have suffered from backache (sitting at desk for long periods) for a number of years. My new chair has got rid of that almost overnight. It did take a while to get it but well worth it in the end.

Would be nice if they did more frequent deliveries to areas outside of London, but that's a very minor grumble. Delivery guy was very helpful, though. He set up and calibrated my new Aeron chair well.

I had an Aeron chair in need of repair. A quick discussion with the folks at Wellworking and they were able to fix it at a cost below my worst fears. Not only that but the service engineer was able to re-acquaint me with all the settings of the chair and how I could get best use out of it. Very helpful indeed. I will certainly be calling on them again if I need any help with my Aeron or indeed with my other types of chair.
