The company offers a very efficient and personal service. Everything went smoothly from ordering my chair (Harman Miller Mirra) to being contacted about a delivery date to the delivery. The man delivering the chair took a lot of time to explain and demonstrate all the functions of the chair. Only slight let-down: the time it took from ordering to delivery (but the Christmas period was in-between, so this may have slowed things down).
Finding a good office chair is difficult. I mainly work at home and do a lot of writing. I have been making do for some time but decided it was about time I got myself something decent.

Chair arrived within 72 hours and was delivered by someone who was committed to the company and making sure you got the most benefit from a significant cash investment.

Not only did the engineer repair our Herman Miller spare chair, but he took the time and trouble to adjust the two chairs on which we were sitting (and on which we have sat for several years!) so that they fitted us to optimum effect. We have never been more comfortable, and now regret all the time spent on less-than-perfectly-adjusted chairs. If only we had met the Wellworking representative earlier!

The website was good and informative, Paul Simon answered all my queries promptly. Once I placed my order and paid, there was a prompt e-mail to arrange delivery.
However the delivery company didn't call me has promised the day before to let me know what time they were coming. Therefore they turned up in the middle of surgery when I was seeing a difficult patients. The chair was left im my secretaries room..
When I came out to run through the mechanism as promised on your website they were long gone.
To be honest this was a disappointment as one of the things that made me buy from well working was the emphasis on exactly that 'well working' in your working environment. The chairs can be bought elsewhere a bit cheaper but as we are thinking of buying more for all our 10 doctors I thought i would try out your service for occupational health reasons.
Anywhere could have done a dump and run delivery like this.

We'd certainly use Wellworking again. Our experience of buy our Herman Miller Sayl chair through them was pretty much perfect. We had a week to try out the trial chair, which they took great pains to set up correctly, and the service was truly professional. What's more they gave us a 1 hour delivery slot, which was much appreciated. We really couldn't have asked for more, and we're very pleased with the chair we purchased.
Contacted Gerhard at Wellbeing when my much loved Aeron chair collapsed. Within a day an engineer attended, installed a new gas strut and even took the time to explain to me how to use the chair properly.
Reasonable charges too, considering that a callout was included. Highly recommended.
Very soon after I had placed the order online, I received a phone call from Well Working to say that my chair would be delivered within a week. I had a further phone call nearer the day to confirm the time. The person who delivered it was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this company.

Have had my Herman Miller Aeron chair for 5 days and could not be happier. The person who delivered it showed me how to make all of the right adjustments both to the chair and to the location of my computer's keyboard and monitor so that I sit up straight.

Chair (white leather) is beautiful and works perfectly (all the features). The wellworking team worked around my schedule (needed a weekend delivery) and helped me set up the chair and mat, so it would work for me. Absolutely love it and much appreciate the service I've received!
From the first conversation I had with these guys, they were happy to go the extra mile. It took me a bit of time to work out which chair I wanted and they let me demo two of them in my office before I made up my mind. They got the sale in the end and deserved it. We ordered two Herman Miller chairs from Wellworking last week, but were concerned that it was a huge spend for a small business without seeing the chairs first. Wellworking agreed to let us test the chairs on delivery and pay if we decided to keep them. The chairs were delivered at 8am on Tuesday morning. I was really pleased with the service from Wellworking. Not only did they deliver when they said they would, they didn't make a fuss about the three flights of stairs. The best thing about them was the service at the end. They assembled my desk, gave me a lesson on using the chair and made sure I was happy before they left. I was a little disappointed I had to wait so long to get the goods, but in all honesty, I would do it all over again to get that kind of service.
I am well pleased with this company, they got my chair ready in four weeks - rather than the twelve weeks another company was going to take, and I paid a lot less!

I thought my Aeron chair had worn out - but an engineer came and had a look - readjusted it for me, gave me some advice on posture etc. and everything is fine again. The chair is out of warranty, the engineer didn't try to sell me anything and Wellworking charged me nothing. Well above and beyond what we have come to expect from companies these days - a real quality service - a very pleasant and heartening surprise. If only all suppliers could be like this.
