Excellent service and communication
The company offers a very efficient and personal service. Everything went smoothly from ordering my chair (Harman Miller Mirra) to being contacted about a delivery date to the delivery. The man delivering the chair took a lot of time to explain and demonstrate all the functions of the chair. Only slight let-down: the time it took from ordering to delivery (but the Christmas period was in-between, so this may have slowed things down).

Great company, offering great chairs at a good price.
Finding a good office chair is difficult. I mainly work at home and do a lot of writing. I have been making do for some time but decided it was about time I got myself something decent.
Finding good quality companies that can provide great chairs at great prices is not easy on the web and you have to do some hunting. After finally deciding that nothing other than a Herman Miller would do I strayed across Wellworking.
Knowledgeable, fast, not too pushy with trying to make the sale but willing to help and by the sounds of it offering great after sales care this company is great for individual purchasers like me. Chair arrived within 72 hours and was delivered by someone who was committed to the company and making sure you got the most benefit from a significant cash investment.

Excellent customer service from quotation to delivery
We have over the last year replaced our 15-20 year old chairs with Herman Miller Embody chairs. Wellworking were excellent in advising us which chairs would be the right ones for us by allowing us to 'test sit' 6 different types of chairs over a 3 week period. This was invaluable to us.

First class service
My company has occasionally purchased Herman Miller Aeron office chairs from Wellworking over the past couple of years, and I have always been impressed by the customer service received. We recently did a full fit-out for our new office and instinctively chose Wellworking to provide us with a Herman Miller Abak Environments solution. We were working to an extremely tight weekend schedule and Chris Sibley and his team made sure that everything went very smoothly. My staff love the new furniture and working environment, so a big thank you to Wellworking for making it all happen.

Well Working does what they say they will do.
I have used Well Working's Precision service (lets you order from stock and get delivery in 2-3 working days).
The quality and friendliness of service is excellent, price is good delivery reliable. I would recommend them as a source of good office furniture any time.

Utterly professional and charming engineer. Wish everyone could be as pleasant
Not only did the engineer repair our Herman Miller spare chair, but he took the time and trouble to adjust the two chairs on which we were sitting (and on which we have sat for several years!) so that they fitted us to optimum effect. We have never been more comfortable, and now regret all the time spent on less-than-perfectly-adjusted chairs. If only we had met the Wellworking representative earlier!

Beutiful Repos chair and amazing service
This is the second chair I've ordered from Wellworking. I can not fault their service from placing the order to delivery. The advice provided before deciding which chair to order was fantastic. Buying great , Delivery and promised tutorial non existent
The website was good and informative, Paul Simon answered all my queries promptly. Once I placed my order and paid, there was a prompt e-mail to arrange delivery.
However the delivery company didn't call me has promised the day before to let me know what time they were coming. Therefore they turned up in the middle of surgery when I was seeing a difficult patients. The chair was left im my secretaries room..
When I came out to run through the mechanism as promised on your website they were long gone.
To be honest this was a disappointment as one of the things that made me buy from well working was the emphasis on exactly that 'well working' in your working environment. The chairs can be bought elsewhere a bit cheaper but as we are thinking of buying more for all our 10 doctors I thought i would try out your service for occupational health reasons.
Anywhere could have done a dump and run delivery like this.
It spoiled what was otherwise a good experience and cost me a hundred pounds for nothing.

Excellent, timely and friendly service and a great product to boot.
We'd certainly use Wellworking again. Our experience of buy our Herman Miller Sayl chair through them was pretty much perfect. We had a week to try out the trial chair, which they took great pains to set up correctly, and the service was truly professional. What's more they gave us a 1 hour delivery slot, which was much appreciated. We really couldn't have asked for more, and we're very pleased with the chair we purchased.

Incredible service, unparalled.
Contacted Gerhard at Wellbeing when my much loved Aeron chair collapsed. Within a day an engineer attended, installed a new gas strut and even took the time to explain to me how to use the chair properly.
Reasonable charges too, considering that a callout was included. Highly recommended.

Excellent Service
Very soon after I had placed the order online, I received a phone call from Well Working to say that my chair would be delivered within a week. I had a further phone call nearer the day to confirm the time. The person who delivered it was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this company.

great product, great service
Have had my Herman Miller Aeron chair for 5 days and could not be happier. The person who delivered it showed me how to make all of the right adjustments both to the chair and to the location of my computer's keyboard and monitor so that I sit up straight.

Outstanding Service
Wellworking were recommended by the Herman Miller showroom, and the whole process of ordering and delivery was perfect; they did exactly as they said they would. Especially liked having an in-house demo of the chairs and advice on proper ergonomic usage. Much appreciated, and highly recommended!

Beautiful chair with all the right functionalities
Chair (white leather) is beautiful and works perfectly (all the features). The wellworking team worked around my schedule (needed a weekend delivery) and helped me set up the chair and mat, so it would work for me. Absolutely love it and much appreciate the service I've received!

Superlative customer service. Unusual for a chair company.
From the first conversation I had with these guys, they were happy to go the extra mile. It took me a bit of time to work out which chair I wanted and they let me demo two of them in my office before I made up my mind. They got the sale in the end and deserved it. I'd be surprised if any other office chair company were as good to work with. Highly recommended.

WOW!
It isn't often you find a company like Wellworking. Knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and no fuss. They were recommended to my by a friend who said they were all of the above. Rang them, ordered a Mirra chair. Arrived within a couple of days. The delivery guy set it up in my office to suit me, took away all the packaging and that was it. Brilliant! A proper company.

Great chair ... great service!
We ordered two Herman Miller chairs from Wellworking last week, but were concerned that it was a huge spend for a small business without seeing the chairs first. Wellworking agreed to let us test the chairs on delivery and pay if we decided to keep them. The chairs were delivered at 8am on Tuesday morning. Wellworking's representative set up each chair individually, gave us excellent instruction on how to get the best from our chairs and left us to phone and pay, which we did immediately. The service we received from everyone we spoke to at Wellworking was first rate and we will be recommending them to anyone who'll listen. Thank you and we love our chairs!

Worth the wait!
I was really pleased with the service from Wellworking. Not only did they deliver when they said they would, they didn't make a fuss about the three flights of stairs. The best thing about them was the service at the end. They assembled my desk, gave me a lesson on using the chair and made sure I was happy before they left. I was a little disappointed I had to wait so long to get the goods, but in all honesty, I would do it all over again to get that kind of service.

My Sayl chair cost me £70 less from Wellworking!
I am well pleased with this company, they got my chair ready in four weeks - rather than the twelve weeks another company was going to take, and I paid a lot less!
It was delivered on the promised day by a very helpful guy who thoroughly explained everything about the chair.

Above and beyond
I thought my Aeron chair had worn out - but an engineer came and had a look - readjusted it for me, gave me some advice on posture etc. and everything is fine again. The chair is out of warranty, the engineer didn't try to sell me anything and Wellworking charged me nothing. Well above and beyond what we have come to expect from companies these days - a real quality service - a very pleasant and heartening surprise. If only all suppliers could be like this.

They do what they say.
Very efficient and reliable. I had a computer chair on test for a week. I liked it and decided to buy one. It was delivered as arranged and the test chair taken away. Rupert spent time adjusting the chairs to suit.
