Aeron chair delivered quickly after online ordering at a time to suit me. On delivery there was a very helpful explanation of the chair's functions. Following delivery some issues with the chair were dealt with effectively and in a timely manner. A great company to deal with.

We've used Wellworking a couple of times, the attention to detail is great, they email you with a one hour slot to advise delivery, they deliver the chair, set it up and make sure it's correctly adjusted for the user and their after care is very good too. Highly recommended.
I don't usually write reviews, but great service deserves comment. Only 2 working days from placing an order to receiving an Aeron chair 75 miles from London is fast delivery. Rapid order acknowledgment with subsequent advice of a one hour delivery slot was a great help. Competent demonstration and training by David Jones was very helpful and much appreciated. In all - remarkable service and I can highly recommend Wellworking as a supplier. And the Aeron chair is brilliant ... I only wish I had bought it years ago.
The person who delivered the chair and fitted it gave full instructions, was extremely polite and pleasant and I would recommend the chair and the company. I had an Aeron before but not for the past 3 years, sitting in it feels like coming home!
I was made redundant at the end of March and my old company had used Wellworking to supply me with an office chair. When I started using an old chair at home my back problems flared up and I realised I needed to invest in a decent computer chair. Paul at Wellworking was an absolute superstar - he really knew his stuff, recommending a similar chair to my the one I used at my previous company (but within my budget) and it's a dream to sit on. He even helped me out by loaning me a decent chair until my order came, to stop my back getting any worse. My back problems are now well under control again, and I'm no longer in any pain. I needed a replacement seat base and arm for an RH400 chair. I was surprised this request was taken so seriously. They even came to my flat as it was near their London office to fit and replace both parts. I didn't think customer service like this existed in the UK! Very friendly staff who performed beyond my expectations. Thoroughly recommended.
I recommend these guys to you. They were helpful, friendly and not only gave me advanced warning to within an hour of when they'd arrive (a difficult thing to do when travelling from London to Leicestershire!) but then promptly arrive on schedule. The help and advice in setting up my chair was also really useful and saved a lot of time and angst. I will have no hesitation in buying from them again to kit out a new office.

Very friendly, easy to talk to on the phone. Most competitively priced company we spoke to. Excellent delivery service, chairs arrived outside our office door (on the second floor) and we were given a full run down of how to use the chairs and advised what would be the best setup for our office.

I rose from my last office chair like a "bent paperclip" , colleagues noticed and one recommended a Herman Miller chair. I ordered through the Wellworking site by phone, the staff were helpful and efficient. I was surprised , when the chair was delivered, by the fact that a member of Wellworking accompanied the chair and advised me on the correct posture and how to set up the chair. A nice company to deal with...and the chair is excellent!
The service I received was faultless. I ordered a Herman Miller Aeron chair on Tuesday evening on their website which was painless. I used the Precision service. I then received an email the next morning around 9am asking if Friday would be suitable for delivery. I requested the delivery to be moved to the following Monday because it was more convenient for me. I received an email response back within 30 minutes saying that was fine and the date was booked. I received a phone call on Friday afternoon with a one hour time slot (3-4pm). I said that this was good for me.
On Monday I received a call at 2.55pm saying that they were outside with the chair. David carried it up 4 flights of stairs to my flat and showed me how to use the chair. David was very personable and was very knowledgeable about the chair. He said that Herman Miller recommended the tilt forward position and I have found this to be the set up.
Absolutely no complaints. The website promised this level of service and I was impressed that I received this service. All in all I am very satisfied customer. I have never felt the need to write a review or have the time, but my experience was so good, I took the time to write this feedback.

I ordered my bespoke chair and was given a lead time of around 8 weeks. It was very accurate indeed and the delivery driver gave a great working instruction demo of how to use the chair properly. The chair was delivered within the hour specified on the date of delivery. Price was very competitive and all round experience very good. I would certainly reccommend this company if you're looking to buy an office chair. Their Customer Service was excellent and what you would expect from any good retailer/etailer.
I bought a FLO monitor arm as i'd read good reviews online and after trying it out at the Herman Miller showroom thought it was a great product. Wellworking were recommended by Herman Miller and that gave me confidence in the company. Initially I found their monitor arm to be priced higher than some other sites; however, after calling they were happy to price match. They even thanked me for making them aware of the other sites' pricing as they said they like to remain competitive! Before delivery they called ahead to arrange a convenient time, which I thought was a great touch. And someone from the company installed the arm for me to make sure I was all set up. All in all, a very good company and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.
I had an hour delivery slot and the chair arrived bang in the middle... Perfect! It was raining slightly, yet the chair was covered in a plastic protection from the van to the house. I was given two demonstrations... one with the delivery gentleman sitting on it and showing the movements possible. The second one was with me on the chair while the adjustments were made to fit me... Impressive!. The presentation was swift, accurate, and delivered to ensure that I understood... ideal! The chair itself delivered a comfortable sensation from the first instance of use. Adjustment of the seat and arms was perfect and allowed alignment with my keypad at the computer station, and with my sketch book on the main table. A superb arrangement, and service, thank you!
