I will NOT be dragooned into this fashion of having to express an opinion on every 'purchasing experience'. It is just shopping - I do not go back into a shop to gush over how clever it had been of the assistant to wrap and pass me my purchase, so what is different about internet shopping? I comment - if at all - when service has been exceptional. IMO, Trustpilot do you no favours by having made this 'full review' box compulsory.

Thanks for your comments. With each other that we dispatch we give our customers the option to leave their feedback here should they wish to. However this is not at all compulsory so if you'd feel more comfortable reserving your feedback for specific orders feel free to do so.
