When my order hadn't arrived by 5pm , having tracked that it had left the depot at 8.40 a.m. I was worried ! ( We were going on holiday the next morning ) . Spoke to a lovely lady who got in touch with Yodel on our behalf, asking for permission to give my number for after the Westin office had closed. Order was delivered at 7 p.m. by a Yodel employee on his way home . Westin staff are so 'human' when you ring with either a problem or an order , so different to the usual 'script followers ' at other call centres ( and the meat's pretty good too ! )
