Never having eaten this type of steak before I was keen to try them. The looked odd, so much marbling running through the steak. But the taste.Wow, I felt like I was eating a very tasty piece of fillet steak. It melted in the mouth. Only complaint. There were no cooking instructions and so I fried them in hot oil to seal the juices and cooked them for about 5 minutes each side. They were still too bloody for my liking and so I cut them up in small strips and fried them some more and they were perfect. Since read lots of recipes involving marinading the steaks and then grilling, which I will try
