Fantastic service
My mum-in-law wanted a specific style of mantel clock for her 80th birthday and we looked at every appropriate store in Manchester, without success. Finally we searched on-line and came across "Wheesh.com", We were delighted with the range of styles, the friendly and helpful customer service and the delivery, which were all faultless. Best of all, the recipient was absolutely thrilled to bits with her prezzy!

Standard delivery, great looking radio clock but unsure of customer services
Prior to ordering I sent an email enquiry to which I had no response. I nearly did not buy the radio clock from them on this basis, however as they were one of few companies selling this clock, I decided to buy. The clock arrived within time specified, and it works and looks great ( only had it for 4 days). I am concerned though that if I had to contact customer services, not sure what sort of response I would get. Let's hope that I don't have to

Should be Woosh!!
Ordered some ceramic kitchen knives from Wheesh and wasn't expecting the delivery that quickly, but they were here really quickly, very well packaged and I'm very impressed with this Company's service. I'll definitely use them again.

Fast efficient service.
Bought Gaggia descaler as an urgent purchase, lost spare remaining bottle in untidy kitchen. Delivered over weekend and now machine back in operation - relieved and relaxed family now they have coffee fix. Fast efficient service meeting urgency of the situation.

Personal, accessible customer service!
Ordered item on a Saturday. Received it (despite heavy snow) the following Saturday.
Excellent item. Perfectly packaged and a very good price with FREE p&p.
I loved the fact that a direct line phone number is available which I used to check progress of my order. You get the impression that this company know each order individually and one person sees it thru from the initial order to dispatch. Regular email updates where also a plus. An enjoyable shopping experience.

Dependable....recommendable....
They were great and speedily sent my item which I had previously ordered from another company....who had not sent both items as ordered....by the time it arrived there were no more sewing boxes....I have 2 granddaughters and needed 2! Thankfully wheesh saved the day and had the sewing box....which quickly arrived....now the girls can enjoy their Christmas Presents!!

They sent out the wrong boxes to start with, but after contacting the company the next day I had the right ones, I rate this Company 10 out of 10 as I wanted them the following day for a birthday present. Well done wheesh I shall certainly use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

Website difficult - excellent phone service
The website crashed after I had filled in all my details so I phoned. I was unable to contact Wheesh via the website and my e-mails remained undelivered. Had excellent service on the phone and my order arrived a couple of days later.

Great service great prices
Orderes some Stackers from this company - some as additions for my existing set and some for a gift for a friends daughter - the gift set went of of stock and the company emailed to advise and to offer alternatives - delivery was swift and everything arrived well packaged - will definately use this company again

better than expected
I was amased as to how small most jewellery boxes are. I realised I needed a much larger box, especially when my husband actually showed me the sizes on a tape measure. I couldn't get exactly the colour or style I really wanted, believe you me we searched, but the one I opted for is brilliant, nice size, well made and a nice colour contrast. I would recommend to anyone. Very well packed and very quick delivery.

The delivery took 8 days but as the item was not ordered until 27 December due to Christmas I could only expect a longer delivery than the 2-3 days quoted.
The ordering and payment was very easy and on receiving the item it was packed well and was as expected. Very pleased with the service.

About as good as it gets
The Website is very accessible and informative making selecting a product easy. The staff are easy to communicate with, over the 'phone or by E-Mail, and very helpful. The price I paid was very reasonable - I know because I checked the same product on several other sites - and delivery was really quick.

Excellent customer relations
Thank you to all of you at WHEESH. I was not the easiest customer as I´d been sent from pillar to post by various web pages before finally finding the perfect accessory for an ancient machine imported from the USA around 35 years ago.
Nervous once payment had been made and no goods showed up but I was answered immediately by a person, not an automated email, and told that my beater-blade was late arriving so I was upgraded at no extra charge to an even better model.
Thanks WHEESH! Can I get a catalogue on-line?
