On the two orders I have placed with Wicken Toys, they can only be described as fast and efficient.
Wicken toys have supplied a swing set to my home and a climbing frame to our local preschool. I would definitely recommend as they have free delivery and they turn up exactly when they say they will. I rang them for advice and they were knowledgeable and helpful. The products have also been exactly as described. A very happy customer!

Friendly reliable service
Ordered a trike at a really competitive price (cheaper than amazon). Ordered on a Sunday, rang on the Tuesday to ask approx delivery date, got a freindly and helpful response.. It arrived Thursday well packed as promised. Would use again.

Dishonest Advertising
Promised my 6 year old daughter a swing and that she would have it within a few days. Visits the Wicken Toys website, finds exactly what I'm looking for and as a bonus it states free delivery on orders over £120. I place an order for over £170, pay for it, receive email conformation, job done. 2 days later my wife receives a phone call from Wicken Toys informing her that postage will be £38 to Aberdeenshire!!! On further investigation I find (through a delivery link in very small font at the bottom of the page) certain post code are not covered by their free delivery.As I've promised daughter this swing, what can I do but pay the £38 (which is extortionate for a box & a handful of poles!!). A very dishonest way of doing business and I will not be dealing with them again.

A BRILLIANT BABY SWING FOR THE GARDEN
The swing arrived on time but unfortunately I had not read the small print and the baby seat was NOT included. It was easy to assemble and very sturdy but as we then had to order the baby seat it was another week before we could try it out. It is a very good product but I do think it could be more obvious that the baby bucket seat has to be ordered separately. I ended up paying two delivery charges when I could have ordered both at the same time. So please make this more obvious to the buyer - otherwise an excellent baby swing that our baby grandson of 8 months loves to swing about in when he visits us.

Great Service and Great Slide
I purchased the tp Rapide Slide Body and extension. The service before I purchased was excellent as I had questions about the slide, the service during the transaction was excellent as I didn't know whether I would be in for the delivery so advice was given to me on how to receive and inspect the goods and the quality of the slide is very high. The slide is attached to a raised decking from which children zoom down. I'm a very happy customer.

10 out of 10 for everything!!
We ordered a 10 ft Plum trampoline last Sunday lunchtime. At 9 am on Monday morning I received a phone call saying that it would be delivered on Tuesday between 11.30 am and 1.30 pm. It arrived at 1 ish and the very helpful delivery man even gave my daughter-in-law tips on the best way to erect the trampoline. She was so impressed with the speed of delivery and the politeness and help of the delivery man that she has highly recommended your company to the "school mums" on the playground. Together with the very competitive price, we will definitely be using your company again!!

Wicken Toys Ltd is excellent
ordered the TP rapide slide complete set and a swing and quad seat. The order was delivered in days, they did actually forget to send the swing. I called them and a very helpful lady sent it out that day by 24hr courier. Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend.

They couldn't have done any better.
Item was to be a present for my grandchildren. My daughter and I looked at the same item on different sites, this one was the cheapest, by up to £50. At about 3pm we
were happy with our choice, so ordered and paid.
Bit later daughter got a message saying slide would arrive between 7am and 8am
the next day - and it did!!
How amazing is that?

excellent customer service and swift delivery
I was very impressed with how helpful and polite the sales team were when I rang. I had gone wrong on my web order and they immediately rectified this for me. I ordered at 5:30pm and my delivery arrived at 7:30am the next day, which I had not expected would be so efficient. I am very pleased with my purchase and would absolutely recommend wicken toys to friends.

Excellent customer service
We ordered a Plum climbing pyramid from wicken as they were the cheapest we had found by far and we have been very happy with the service. We did have an issue with a piece of wood splitting (due to knot in wood) when we were putting the frame together but the were very prompt replacing the piece and we couldn't have asked for more than that. Would and have recommend Wicken toys to friends.

Good customer service, great products.
I ordered a 12ft Plum Magnitude Trampoline and Enclosure on Monday afternoon. The order process was painless and I received a confirmation email immediately. The following morning I had a call to confirm delivery for Weds. The goods arrived promptly on Weds am, but unfortunately they were delivered to the wrong house in our street (about 100m away) and left in the garden, which was only discovered when we queried the delivery later in the day. Mistakes happen, but I was a little disappointed that the immediate response wasn't to send a driver back to collect pick up the goods and deliver them to our house, because there where 4 boxes, 3 of which were VERY heavy, meaning my wife had to enlist the neighbours to help her move them.
Aside from the slight delivery hiccup, the Plum Trampoline is exceptional quality and was relatively easy to put together. Wicken also agreed to put right their mistake by giving a free cover and anchor kit.
All in all, I'd definitely recommend them to others!

4 year old's birthday present
We bought this as a present for our 4 year old son. Wicken Toys were very good at arranging a delivery time, narrowing your window of delivery down to 2 hours. However, when delivered the gentleman didn't want to bring two heavy boxes, slide and poles in to house because "they weren't insured". You can't access our garden at the rear and live in a city in a terraced house. I was on my own with 2 kids at the time so with a bit of an argument he relented and brought it in. This did disappoint me somewhat. Most people are surely going to want the expensive product brought in to their home? I felt the lack of insurance excuse was a cop out. Happy with every other aspect of their service though. Very quick and easy to order online.
Anyway, It is finally built and is of very good quality. We are thrilled with it and so is my son. It was a lot more of a faff to build but don't let it stop you. It's well worth it and looks good in the garden too. We'd recommend it to anyone considering buying something for their children for the garden.

Excellent value for money. Grandson loves it.
Product delivered promptly by Royal Mail only two days after receiving email notification. Assembly quite easy provided you follow the plans carefully. Could do with better markers on all the poles to identify each length clearly since some of the poles are very similar in size and are easy to place in the wrong order. I found it helped to have a tape measure handy. That said, two of us assembled the whole structure in about 90 minutes, no problem. And the kids love it.

Wicken Toys for happy girls and boys!
Wicken Toys.... I'd never heard of them but they offered the trampoline and enclosure I wanted at the cheapest online price, with free tether down kit worth £30. I felt reassured as they offered a Paypal option, so I knew my money was safe. Happy to report that they are excellent. I received a confirmation e mail straight away and a second one explaining delivery procedure. They then called to arrange delivery. Really helpful and polite. Trampoline arrived well packaged. I will definitely order from them again. Very happy children and parents. Thanks Wicken Toys!

Fast delivery, great product, great price
We picked up a TP Climbing frame - Wicken Toys delivered quickly and all elements were there - all for the best price I could find online. My only niggle was that in spite of requesting a delivery of Thurs/Fri only (when someone would be in to receive it), it was delivered on a Wed and dropped over our gate to the back garden. The delivery ticket even had "Thurs/Fri delivery only" written on the top of it! Other than that, great service.

Great range at a great price
I spent a long time looking for the right swing and was getting increasingly frustrated with the lack of range and quallity available until I came across Wicken Toys. The range, product detail and finally the price were just what I was looking for. Can't wait for the swing to arrive...it seems to have been well timed with with sun shine too!

Switlfy and with Style.
I ordered a tp rapide slide from wicken on Tuseday morning (well actually it was Monday night, but same thing, especially as it was a bank holiday Monday) I received a confirmation e-mail immediately, as you'd expect, then before 8am the next morning wicken had called me, I'd missed their call, but they called back around 11am to say the slide would be with me the following day, by courier. they gave me the courier name (not the driver, the company you understand!) and gave me instructions on how to ensure the slide was left, if I was not in. as it goes, my wife was in and the slide was delivered well wrapped, and all intact. my daughters love their new slide! The slide itself was a pain to put together, at least a 2 'man' job if not a 3, but that's not Wicken's fault. The only thing I would say is make sure you either check the delivery or sign for it unchecked, as wicken have obviously had some issues with couriers and have big labels all over the delivery saying they won't accept damages if they are not noted on delivery or signed for un-checked. This though is, I'm sure because it was a courier delivery and the courier will not accept liability for any damage as somewhere on their delivery slip will be a bit that says 'accepted in good condition'.

Ship Ahoy
The grandchildren wanted a play centre which arrived and is fabulous, after two days of building!! Next they decided a Captains wheel would complete their pirate wishes and which arrived within a few days and is very sturdy and being put to good use "me hearties.

Great Communications, Rapid Delivery, Helpful Throughout
I could not ask more of this company. They delivered very quickly, exactly as per instructions a great product (slightly difficult to construct, but not their fault!) and communicated excellently throughout. The price was good and the range too.

Very good, but not perfect
Packaging arrived in good order and on time. Two items were faulty - 1 had been damaged (presumably during manufacture/packaging, since the outer package was not damaged) and 1 was a manufacturing error (a pin that should have been integral to a component was missing). In both cases, I was able to repair it myself, so no harm done. However, one should not expect ANY faulty items/components. Overall, I'm happy with the product (12ft trampoline) and the service.
