Fast, efficient service!
Ordered Kingswood 2 climbing frame. Arrived sooner than expected, driver very courteous. I haven't put the frame together but everything seems fine and knowing TP products, I don't think we'll have any issues.

Excellent on delivery but poor quality product
I bought a plum trampoline which was delivered very promptly. However when assembled I was very disapointed with the quality of the product - one of the screws snapped and there was a large tear in the netting of the safety enclosure. I contacted the customer service team at wicken and was told to email my complaints, along with photographs, which I have done. I am still waiting for a reply, which I don't think is very satisfactory, given the high cost of the product.

It is always disappointing for both the customer and us when items are delivered with manufacturing defects, if we could eliminate all problems with products that we buy in pre-packed then we defiantly would. It doesn't matter if it is one of the most expensive items or one the cheaper items that we sell but every now and then we do experience problems with some items but it is the same for every retailer big or small.
When we spoke to Mrs Brittain on Tuesday we advised her that we can sort out the problems with Plum but Plum will ask for pictures showing the problems. Once plum have the pictures they will send out the replacement parts that Mrs Brittain needs, this does usually take 3 - 5 days. If we could get the parts sent out quicker than we would but all replacement parts has to go through Plum so at this point we are in their hands as to the speed that this happens.
After speaking to Mrs Brittain on Tuesday and telling her how we can resolve this, we received the email showing the picture on Tuesday and this was forwarded onto Plum on Wednesday for them to send out replacement parts. After speaking to Mrs Brittain on Tuesday we thought that she knew that this is what was happening, for any confusion we apologise, we always do all we can to resolve faulty parts.

Great product & reliable company!
I purchased the jumbo slide and it's a great product. It's not too big for my 3/4yr old, nor too small for my 9/10yr old and they're loving playing on it together.
I (DIY mum) managed to put it up on my own, but it wasn't without having to unscrew a few bolts, as the sizes of the main screws are at a glance quite similar (my tip is to lay out all the screws, washers & bolts in size appropriate piles at the VERY beginning) The tools you'll need are a wide-head screwdriver, a small socket wrench and may also need a rubber-head hammer to get the last few screws on the slide section into place, as you have to line up three overlapping holes and it's a really tight fit, if you don't have rubber-headed hammer, something similar, but don't use anything that will dent the slide), you also need a little patience as it's NOT the kind of slide you can put up in 30mins...Overall, I'm really pleased with it, as it's a very sturdy slide that looks like it will last for many years to come. Excellent personal service!
I couldn't believe it, I managed to find the exact climbing frame I wanted other firms just said o/s or discontinued all with much higher prices, so I placed my order. Then I was very surprised when it the confirmation said delivery would by the firm itself not a courier firm. So sit back and wait for a phone call. Unfortunately the land line went dead and I didn't get the phone call but I wasn't far away when my neighbour rang me to say a gentleman was waiting outside my house with the delivery. I arrived home he very kindly brought everything in for me, all he needed was my signature! Fantastic, he even told me that there was a problem with my landline!! Thank you

We placed our order for a trampoline online. The next day a jolly man from the company rang to arrange delivery. The trampoline was delivered as arranged. The trampoline is now up in the garden and the children love it. Thankyou.

Friendly, super quick delivery and great product!
The TP Forest Villa 2 was delivered very quickly, we were called immediately following the purchase and received it the next day! It took my husband and Nephew a couple of afternoons to construct and it beautiful quality wood. A joint birthday present for my 4 yr & agile 2yr old. They love it, and as there are 2 ladders there is no pushing past on the way up. We are all very happy- highly recommended!

Excellent value products and great customer service
I bought the Plum Tamarin swing and play set, plus the Rapide Slide. Small problem with a broken step on the slide, but this was quickly and efficiently dealt with by customer services and new steps were sent out quickly. Overall, both products are of excellent quality and you can't fault the service. Thank you!

Outstanding service

Clear website, phone call to arrange delivery which was super quick. Use their own drivers so he was really careful with the pieces and took the time to check the boxes against his list before i signed for them.
