DISGUSTING SERVICE
I AM SICKEND BY THE SERVICE I HAVE RECIEVED WITH THIS COMPANY, I PLACED A BET LAST SATURDAY AND I WAS OWED MONEY.. I HADNT RECIEVED MY MONEY AND SPOKEN TO ONE OF THE AGENTS WHO INFORMED ME THE MONEY HAD BEEN PUT INTO MY ACCOUNT !!! THIS IS NOT TRUE AND I FEEL SCAMMED, I HAVE NOW HEARD OF OTHER MEMEMBERS THAT THIS HAS HAPPEND TO THEM, THIS IS A VERY DISHONEST COMPANY AND I CERTAINLLEY WOULDNT USE THEM EVER AGAIN.. DISGUSTING SERVICE.

REFUSE BETS AND DO ANYTHING TO GET YOUR MONEY
I bet a large amount on a football match in one of their london stores last week and lost, i the went bak in the evening to bet a tennis match and after placing a match bet i was then told after asking for another that i could not place any more bets, this after being down over 20k pounds on the day in that store and asking to bet a 2/5 shot
If you want to place bets and get action do not use William Hill they vet every bet and say no to a lot even if your losing

Easy to use
I always use WilliamHill for betting on footy games. Can't go wrong, easy to use system and takes seconds making deposits through PayPal. Only downside is some betting sites give you winnings + what ever was betted, these just give you the winnings.

Freezing issues
The main site is OK but I downloaded the "shake-a-bet" app and doesn't work so well. Customer service didn't have a clue about it so not a great experience

Easy interface, great way to loose your money - lol.
Used William Hill for years for betting on horses and football, lost more than I've won (obviously) but the site is really easy and simple to use. Tried other services but just come back to Will Hill.

Great
So far, so good. Apart from the fact I am utterly useless are picking winners.
Easy to top up account and on the small occasions where I have won easy to transfer monies back to my account.
Lots of choices of different things to bet on, even virtual racing (which I have had more luck with). It is also made easy for first time gamblers (as I was when I first used William Hill).
