I ordered a sample to show to a customer, It didn't arrive. So I ordered another sample. It didn't arrive. I sent them an email to say that I was desperate to receive the sample so that I could show my client and asked them to check to see that they had 16m2 on stock and how long it would take to deliver to East Yorkshire. Two days have past since the email. I've not had the courtesy of a reply or any samples. I've had to apologise to my customer who was wanting the floor finished for Christmas and look elsewhere for my flooring.
With service like this I DON'T THINK THAT THEY WILL BE STILL IN BUSINESS NEXT YEAR!

Rang the company to ask questions and price about some work tops. The person at the other end was very helpful in dealing with my enquiry and making my enquiry as easy as possible. The person I was dealing with was helping me to get the best possible price for the items requested, and it came over and appeared as if it was of no bother or effort in putting the extra help in helping me to get what I was looking for. Would recommend this company at any time. Great customer service a rarity to find on the telephone these days.

I shopped around for the best price taking in all offers of free underlay and delivery and Wood2U worked out the best. I checked other reviews which were all good and went for them. There are lots of email updates on the order and we were told to check for damages before signing. The flooring was so well packaged it took ages to get into and even the delivery driver said you hardly ever get damages from Wood2U as the wrap it so well compared to other leading DIY chain stores, who by the way are much more expensive!!
I don't regret using Wood2U their service was fantastic and I will definitely recommend them!
All positive with the exception of delivery. No phonecall an hour before (as it happened didn't matter). All flooring upright leaning on other products for delivery, stuffed onto lorry. Not great having to lug it all off the taillift myself.

Worktop arrived 6:50am on the day promised... they rang to arrange this time the day before. No waiting in. Excellent. The product was 100% perfect and very competitively priced.
I bought this purchase over the internet. I am not an IT guru but it was really easy to complete. The communication after me ordering was impressive as was the delivery. I would recommend this company, good old fashioned courteous customer service.
We booked an 8am to 12pm Saturday delivery slot but unfortunately I received my phone call '1 hour before delivery' at 11.40am. So my delivery actually arrived circa 12.40pm. No big deal but it did tie me up waiting on the delivery longer than I had planned for.
In all other ways this has been a good experience.
The adhesive which Wood2u manufacture is without any doubt the best we have found. We are Sports equipment manufacture & have searched for 20 years for a good strong adhesive to bond aluminium. Flexifix does the job like no other. !!!

I placed an order for laminates on 4th November on their website. According to the shopping basket, delivery should have been in 2 to 3 days. It is 12th November today. They have taken my payment which I made by debit card. But nothing at all has happened. I have not received any communication from Wood2u, either by e-mail or by phone, about date of delivery or progress of order. When I check online in my account, it says "order pending". Yesterday I sent them a message by filling in their "Contact us" form. I have had no response to it whatsoever. But they sent me an auto e-mail entitled "Your opinion matters to wood2u". So I am giving my opinion!
Dear wood2u, you have got my money, but you have not told me anything about delivery.
My comment on your response below: If I had received any communication from you that the delivery would be delayed, I would have been satisfied. I hope the delivery now takes place as arranged. If so, then I will put this down to lack of communication, and will withdraw my judgment as expressed in my comment heading above.
I found this company on the internet & their prices were very competitive they delivered on time and kept you up to date with your order & the final product was exactly what I ordered.
Delivery times were excellent. Product prices very good. Disappointed with the 40% re-stocking fee that would have been charged had I returned some skirting to you - even though I would have delivered the items back to your depot myself and you could have re-sold with no issues because it was a standard item. Seems a little excessive. Would buy from you again but would be wary about making any mistake with my order because of this unreasonable returns policy.
the order was delivered very promptly .a very nice man rang to arrange delivery .i could not fault this company for their product and theirservice with a very friendly voice on the end of the phone.
Customer Service Bar none. This company really are great. Bought 3 lots of laminate from them and every time it comes when they say it will, its well packaged and really competitive with price, infact couldn't find it cheaper.
I had a problem paying with my card on one of the transactions and when I called them they sorted out a solution right there and then, they were fast friendly and efficient and I couldn't have asked for more.
This company proves that cut price doesn't mean lower customer service. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase wood products/laminate flooring.
Very happy with the initial order process. Got a phone call to confirm the delivery day and was told that the driver would call an hour before arrival. I never got a phone call on the day and the unhelpful driver didn't seem to know anything about it (even though it also mentioned it on my delivery note). The driver dumped the 18 packs of flooring at my front door and wouldn't even put them 6 feet inside in the hall so I could shut the front door! I had to move them all myself (ok so I'm not an old woman but 18 packs of flooring is not light!). He also insisted that I took a large sheet of wood that he said was on top of the delivery. I explained that clearly it wasn't for me as my delivery note clearly stated 18 packs of flooring and 2 packs of underlay but he wouldn't take the wooden sheet with him. That's another trip to the tip then! It's a shame that the delivery driver ruining what otherwise would have been a pleasant ordering experience.
Nothing to add to my Opinion above bar service and delivery were spot on too! One thing they could do better is be a bit more accessible / approachable using that old fashioned thing - a phone!
We used this company nearly 2 yrs ago after having them recommended by our son. Service then as this time was spot on, floor is easy to lay and have had no problems at all with the product. Price and delivery will not be beaten for this product so buy with confidence.
the above says what i feel and compliments don't come easy from a fussy person. no gimmick prices or add ons. clear talking and great advice.
Ordered on line and as requested selected delivery date - no confirmation received. Contacted again by email - still no response. Eventually rang and person was still unable to confirm that I would receive in time. Found out day before that I would be receiving order on date I arranged. Also be prepared to help carry goods as only one driver supplied which I was not aware of when ordering on internet. Actual items are fine.
