Same as all these others, very slow, no word from them that there's a delay...have phones and been told up to 28 days but been assured that the stock is coming in ... cagey response ....very poor overall and will not ever order from them again.... giving them one more chance for goods to show, fool am I!
Firstly they do not make it clear when you order that delivery time is 2 weeks!! .................................
2 weeks pass, nothing arrives. I email them to find out whats happened to my order... below is a copy of there response...

I ordered a hair product from Woods back at the beginning of March. I waited and waited for it to arrive. It didnt. I emailed them and got an email back offering me a refund and saying that they "didnt know" when their suppliers would be sending the stock to them. Fair enough they offered a refund but COME ON,- you seriously DONT know when your suppliers will be delivering? so, they just show up completely unexpectedly? Sorry, I just dont buy that. Its a waste of everyone's time. If something is out of stock- fine, but at least mention it on the website that it is currently out of stock and will be back on xyz date. Other websites manage to do this so why cant they? Its hardly asking for the moon. If I had known it would take a month with no guarantee that it would arrive even then I honestly wouldnt have bothered placing an order. WASTE OF everyone's TIME in my opinion. Humph.
Ordered goods 10 days ago and just called to ask when I might receive them. The lady who answered was very cagey and said Royal Mail take up to two weeks to deliver. I know Royal Mail can be a bit slow but two weeks? When I questioned her further it appears the goods are being dispatched from Hungary! There is nothing on their web site indicating that goods are sent from Hungary, in fact it seems to indicate goods are sent from Jersey. I wish I had read the other negative reviews before placing my order. I would never use them again. This company should remember that if a customer is happy with goods or services they may tell one other person but if that customer is unhappy with goods or services they will tell one hundred people. It's a shame there wasn't a no star rating.
I've now been waiting over six weeks for part of my order and have just been told on the phone that I have to wait another 5 to 10 working days (ie 2 weeks) before it might be in stock. Unacceptable. Add me to the list of people who will never use Woods Health again.
Been waiting nearly 3 weeks for my order only to be told i still have to wait a further week for 1 item (wont hold my breath) and the other is out of stock. If i had known this before i read the reviews about this company i would not have bothered. Terrible, and no doubt be a nightmare getting a refund.
Having accepted that an error was made on my order, and offering me a refund when I return the goods back to them at MY COST. As the order was large and bulky the cost to returning the goods would have cost me a great deal, after many emails they still would not agree to refunding postage, quoting their t&c's ...etc. I reminded them it was through their error I was returning the order, and should be reimbursed or the postage, they still refused. I have told them I will not use their company anymore due to this issue, and have lost total trust with their business practices. Also I am suspicious of the integrity of the vitamins sold, as I bought two orders of ginger from them, and given they had exactly the same specs the second order arrived and the tabs were half the size, which led me to doubt whether the dosage was the same it appeared to be very reduced, and unless I go to trading standards I guess I shall never know.
I have been buying products from Woods for just over 3 years now and have had no problems. I keep an eye on my stock and order giving the order at least 2 weeks for delivery. No problems at all. If 'time' is of the essence there is no point ordering and expecting delivery within 2 or 3 days. I recommend this company.
I ordered glucosamine in 3 for 2 offer through a Daily Mail advert. I waited 2 weeks and received nothing. Finally I emailed Woods Health to find out what had happened. They mailed back to say that they had run out of stock and it would another 28 days. A decent company would have contacted ME to advise of a hold up.They continued advertising in the newspapers with no warning of a hold up. I will not use them again as I do not feel they are being completely transparent
I find this company's web site easy to use. Prices with the 3 for 2 offer very good value, delivery always reliable, product appears to me just fine. Excellent choice of strengths and quantities, in short, I am a happy customer, have been for many years, and hope to continue to enjoy their services for the rest of my days.
I received an email offering me 15% of my next order, I then got another email offering 15% off on one day, or 10% the next day and finally 5 % off.
I completed an order and requested 15% off, it didn't work, I emailed Woods asking about it and they replied saying I could cancel my order and try the next day and get 10% ??? !!! I had completed the order within the timescales for 15%, so I was a little disappointed, however, I did not cancel the order as payment had already left my bank and I like the products.

I have certainly had no ill side effects as a result of taking various supplements, have been complemented about my youthful looks on many occasions, and am proud of what I manage to achieve in terms of energy and vitality. There are so many factors that affect health and a sense of well-being, but taking WOODS supplements gives me peace of mind and inner confidence.
I have been purchasing Woods Supplements for some time now & they are good value. Delivery is quite quick & they have many offers. The only downside is the huge containers now used which are only a sixth full. I understand that this is to economise & standardize on postage & packing. However, they take up much more room in my medicine cabinet, especially when bought in multiple packs to take advantage of special offers.

Delivery is free, you get free vitamins and glucosamine gel with every order, and they do nice offers, like £3 off your next order, or 15% if you order today. Orders arrive fairly promptly, except for propolis, which I order regularly, that takes weeks sometimes.
i love woods supplements, the glucosamine sulphate i've been taking for the last 2 years, bought from woods has given me a new lease of life. The joints in my knees have took a severe battering over the years from my lifestyle, and now i hardly notice the pain i had, maybe the odd twinge here and there, and do you know what, i can't find it cheaper ANYWHERE. Excellent range of products give you great value compared with other suppliers. Usually products are 3 for 2 which makes them even better value. The products are good quality and I would strongly recommend buying from Woods. I would rate them better if they could sort out the delay in the dispatch of products, while Woods cannot be held responsible for delays in the post it can sometimes take several weeks for the whole order to arrive.
For year I have had the odd sprain or pulled muscle ,being a dog walker a common problem so I started to use Woods products like Boswellia and they to date have not let me down , so I widened my search and also use their eye gel as I suffer with allergies and often wake up looking as if I have done 3 rounds with Henry Cooper ,it cools and sooths so I am a confirmed Woods supplement supporter ,service is good and price competitive and with offers better than most.
