Anyone would be crazy to order from this company.
I ordered from them on 24th August, and the money was immediately taken from my credit card. It is now 12th October and I am still waiting for the product.
I am constantly fobbed off by being told it's been held up in Customs, which I believe to be totally untrue. I requested either a refund of my money, or to receive the product. Neither of which they have done. I wish they had just told me they were out of stock (I'm guessing here), and then I could have bought it somewhere else.
By the way, the product I ordered was one that they specifically advertised to me in an email.
A rogue and dishonest company - they do not tell the truth about what has happened to your order. Just keep you waiting indefinitely.
They do not deliver the product and do not inform that they are unable to meet their obligations. They have probably gone bust but make other excuses about orders which have been delayed. THey do not answer Emails and do not update customers about the the situation. Trading Standards have been informed and hopefully they will be prosecuted for knowingly taking money without any intention to supply.
I got a catalogue sent through from this company so I placed an order with them as I thought their prices were competitive. My order did eventually arrive but I sent them three or four emails chasing the order and they never replied to any of them. Not the sort of service I expect from mail order these days. I was just about to claim my money back via PayPal when the goods finally arrived.
I only used these once, placed my order but never received anything. I received the confirmation email and confirmation of payment but that was the last of my contact with Woods, despite my best attempts to contact their customer service team.
Unable to contact by telephone, no communication via email either! Luckily I used Paypal and so product was only delivered after I made an official claim for non receipt of item even though I repeatedly asked for my money back so I could purchase the product elsewhere.( krill oil )
I cannot trust this company or their products - the krill capsules are lighter in colour than my usual supplier and took over 4 weeks to arrive!!! ( 1 month!!! )
Better to pay a little more for the peace of mind and use a more reputable company....
I will NEVER look at this company again - check the other reviews, I'm also sure that the positive ones are false!!
This company lulls you into a sense of false security. The first order may arrive on time but heaven help you after that. Now they have got you, and your credit card details. The next order will be late, no answers to emails, the telephone number is a waste of time, never answered. After that you are lucky if you receive anything, money taken from card instantly, no goods delivered, occasional answers to emails to keep you quiet, no one answers the telephone. The crazy thing is they keep sending you catalogues, but NEVER the goods you ordered. Stay well clear. Their sister company Easy-Vit based in England I hear is no better, presumably the same uncaring people run the business. The reviews that are in favour are almost certainly false.
I get my full years supply of glucosamine from Woods and have done for ages - they're definitely the cheapest I've found online and although I once had to wait two weeks for it to arrive, usually it comes within a week. And all their other stuff is really cheap too - they do almost everything you can think of, I've just ordered some Omega 3 capsules too.
I've had no problems with receiving my orders from Woods - OK, they're not the quickest but they're such good value, who cares!
Extremely poor, or even non-existent customer service. I placed my order on 24th August 2011, the money left my account immediately, and it's now 11th October and I haven't received anything. I've emailed numerous times, left voice messages and have had absolutely no response.
I'm beginning to think that I'll never receive the order, could I consider woodshealth.com as thieves?
I wouldn't even rate them as 1 star, but this website insists that I have to rate to submit.
I have ordered some supplements from this company on the 26th August. The money was taken from the card payment immediately, and the website shows the order to be "processed". when they did not arrive I e-mailed the contact given in the confirmation e-mail and this was returned undelivered. Then I e-mailed the contact off the website and this was not replied to, I have now e- mailed 3 times with no reply and the telephone conntact is just a recording, It is now the 21st Sept. This company is obviously a "mickey mouse" organisation, and should not be done business with.
