I ordered ready made curtains on the 01/05/2013. On the 09/05/2013 I phoned to enquire when they were going to post them, only to be told ( by Shirley) that their supplier couldn't get them until the first week in June. Had I not phoned I would have been left in the dark, unaware that my purchased goods were indeed not coming. I cancelled the order and requested a refund.
Will I shop here again? NO.

Thank you for the review. For the ready made curtains on our website, due to customer demand,unfortunately 5% of the sizes are out of stock. When this happens we alter the website so that a red cross appears next to the product and informs the customer so they can not order it. We made an error with this on our website and although it is updated regularly this item was showing as stock when it should of been out of stock. This product has now been updated so this size is showing out of stock. We should of rung you straight away to let you know.
As soon as you requested your refund, we cancelled your order straight away and refunded this back onto your paypal account.
