All I had to do was type what I was looking for in the space bar and world stores had the products I was looking for. It was great to have speedy delivery on the items. Brilliant courier system they use.

I ordered a rattan cube set for del on Thurs 9th May. It did not arrive and was left to me to chase up. Was then told would be del the following day so again I waited in again and after me chasing up was told problem and wouldn't be delivered till early the next week. After me again chasing up numerous times was told would def be del on Thurs 16th . Again I waited in. Chased up again in the afternoon as still not arrived. Was told the driver had been told def got to deliver to me that day and could be up till 7pm but no delivery arrived. Again I chased up the following morning. There was again a problem With the delivery and not going to come till the following week.. By now I am very angry especially as no seems to ever ring me back. I said If i didn't get del on Mon 20th then I would be cancelling the order.
Then out of the blue at 8.45pm on the fri night my delivery arrived. In great excitement I unpacked it to find that half of the order was damaged.
I again have been chasing up all this week to get an exchange. Again promised certain delivery days. Last of which was today and again I have chased up this afternoon and its not coming as 2 hauliers seem to have lost it and no one knows what's happening.
So after waiting in for 4 days for promised deliveries and spending over 4 hours on hold to the company I shall be seeking compensation and getting them to collect all this furniture.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. I am very angry with the service

We ordered 2 items identical items but only one turned up.i waited for a few days thinking that the second one would turn up. I final gave them a call, no one new anything ane they did not know where the other items was. After many phone calls and a lot of wasted time i have it but with a missing piece. Still waiting for that peice 3 week now.

The set of Three Butterfly mirrors look stunning in my new Bathroom.
Ordering from the website was very easy and delivery was spot on, they even text me to say when it would be delivered.
With the option to change delivery if it wasn't o.k.
First class, I would defiantly shop there again.
Ordered door online, telephone response same day to indicate availability and delivery. Door delivered on day nominated, I was kept up to date in the interim. Excellent, polite and efficient service, huge range of goods at challenging prices - what more could I ask?
doors came well wrapped no damage fast and efficient service and really good delivery very helpful would really recommend world stores this is the second time i have used them would recommend to anyone excellent keep up the good service
Look everywhere for the right sort of door. Found this website, and had just what we were looking for and at a great price. Delivery charges very reasonable and doors and fittings arrived within 48 hours. On close inspection doors as described and good quality, Both very happy. Would defiantly shop there again.
My items arrived the next day as promised. Communication was excellent, a text and email arrrived in the morning followed by a telephone call from the delivery driver. All very impressive and efficient. Thank you
don't know who world store is and can't remember what i bought. only here because I missed the do not mail me button (if it existed) let that be a lesson to us all

Ordered a shed, they buy it from another company (not connected), only contact bey email, WRONG SHED DELIVERED with 3 panels from other peoples shed, rude driver, the collect and re deliver eventually arranged 2 weeks later, they deliver DAMAGED AND WEATHERED SHED, refused it of course to ANOTHER RUDE DRIVER, now awaiting another delivery, can't wait!!! In a word, buy elsewhere, the company they use is garden buildings direct to buy from, they are the problem as well as worldstores....

Very happy with the service, I requested a particular day and they arrived on that day. I have only one query, why send items by two different carriers? It seems a little strange and probably not very carbon efficient
This is second time used for lighting as currently re doing house top to toe not only is delivery quick but also fully informed as to who and how to track delivery and when arrives product is well packed and so far I have been extremely pleased with quality and price definitely be back as move through rooms :))
Very happy with product - it came exactly as described and well packaged.
We had excellent communication from the sellers and delivery company and it was great to be able to track the delivery online.
We also had the added bonus of a small amount of cash back from Quidco for this transaction.
All in all we were very pleased with the whole transaction and would definitely buy from Worldstores again.
When ordering I was asked to give best day for delivery, spent the whole day in only to find it was'nt being delivered. Tried to phone the delivery the number on the web site nobody answers it. Sent an email to you it took you two days to answer. The delivery took place the next day with no arrangeements made they were lucky to find us in .
I bought twice from you and found the product to be poor quality for the money I paid for it. I am talking about the internal white doors made of composite with hardcore. When my carpenter had to trim the doors he found there was no glue to keep the 3 different materials together. Soft wood+chiboard+mdf all in one door, never seen before I was told. I also tried to return some hinges and handles. The customer service was open for taking orders but when it came to return goods I was redirected to the computer.
But the worse of all was the delivery. The doors came on time both times. But the firstt ime they were left outside and as it was raining I had to drag them in on my own.
The second time the driver said he could not lift the goods himself and made my carpenter carry the package which contained 2 doors while he was following with the lighter package containing a door only.
As I was charged for the delivery I would expect the goods to be delivered and not my carpenter having to stop what I was paying him for to carry the goods.
All I can say I was disappointed!

We've made 3 big orders for furntiture and bedding from Worldstores and won't hesitate to go back for more. The quality was extremely high and the products are not run of the mill high street goods. We are so happy to find an etailer that appears to offer both value for money and good service! OK so you have to be good at assembly as it mainly comes flat packed...but its worth it for the quality. Incredibly flexible on delivery, we changed our delivery date several times and they always rang back when asked to rearrange and it felt like nothing was a problem. We had a small issue and had to return some items (our fault...can't measure to save my life!) and customer service were really helpful and responsive....great site.
We were in need of a sofabed last weekend so we ordered the bed from sofabed world and got the delivery booked for the Tuesday 14th may. I recieved a message saying that due to the weight it would be delivered on Wednesday so all still good. I then waited in all day on Wednesday and it didn't come.
I rang the delivery people and they said it only got to their depo on the Wednesday so then they said they would deliver it on Friday. Again I waited and waited and low and behold it didn't come, I tried to ring sofabed world more than once and was left on hold for more than 20mins so I gave up as it was costing me more money.
I rang the delivery firm again and was told they had it booked in for Monday 20th and nothing for the fri like I was told. So my guests had to stay in a local hotel!! So Monday came and went still nothing, delivery firm said really sorry we made a mistake, I don't want mistakes I want my bed that I have paid for!!!!!! So we are now on Wednesday 22nd may and still at this time nothing has come, I have tried to call sofabeds world and again on hold forever and I ended up hanging up as I have other things to do other than waste time and money calling these people, I have now sent an email and am still waiting to hear from that.
If I were you I would stay well clear.

From order to delivery took just two days. Incredibly impressed. I wish all web based companies could be so efficient. I was kept informed at all stages of my order progress and when it arrived the delivery man even brought the heavy items up to my first floor flat! Would definitely use again.
It was great to find exactly what I wanted and at a reasonable price.Ordering was really straightforward and the delivery was exactly when it was supposed to be. It was great dealing with such an efficient company and the bonus was ... even the delivery man was cheerful!
I ordered a door on the 2nd of May. As it was a bank holiday weekend I was expecting a slight delay but it went to the couriers quite quickily I was hopeful. It then just sat with nothing happening. Eventually I was told the dood was damaged and returned to Doorsworld. Nobody at doors world answers the phone. Email them, at least you will get a reply in a day or so. Doorsworld did contact me and offered me a refund or another door. I said I still needed a door so I would be happy with that. The door was promised for the Thursday or possibly the Friday. Acouple of days, that was ok. Guess what? Nothing turned up. So I emailed them again and waited for them to contact me. This time they emailed me back and said the door was out of stock and would be until June. This time I have had a refund. Unhappy customers do not complain, they just go away.
Ordered two doors to be delivered Monday 20th May, arrived Sat 18th May in the morning at 9.20am, delivery drivers were friendly and efficient. Look forward to the same service when I order my next two doors in a couple of months!

Out of 4 consignments ordered 2 of the sets were already damaged after unpacking. - - In the case of the double bed that I ordered the wooden slats were warped, moldy and some were split. Clearly they had been stored in wet/damp conditions and were not checked prior to delivery.
- The wardrobe furniture set was worse. The Wardrobe had been damaged at the bottom and showed signs of a botched repair. Also the chest of draws was damaged on the video shelf.
- The bedside cabinet also showed signs of damage at the back.
The nails to secure the back are unnecessarily long for the task giving the fragility of the wood chip material.
i couldn't face re-doing the furniture so will put it down to experience. All in all very disappointing.
I odered two ceiling lights for my lounge. Lights arrived quickly and would have been fine except fhat although described as suitable for a 100 Watt bulb they were marked as only for use with a 60 Watt bulb. As such they are not fit for purchase and now languish in the garage awaiting a more appropriate location in the house.
Moral - check product description, particularly if they come from China !
Order a door stating which day wanting delivered. As the day got on no door. After spending 15 mins on the phone to them, getting no where was told they couldn't do anything about it these things happen. Which thought was very rude as someone was waiting in and had took a day off work. First experience with these and last. This was not the couriers fault, as I was told this.

WORLDSTORES - WORLD NIGHTMARE!
Below is a complaint I have forwarded to this company regarding many different issues, in a nutshell its still on-going and awaiting a satisfactory outcome!
I would like to put my complaint forward to the relevant people which is as follows below:
I placed an order for a Rolo light bed at £429.98 Inc delivery of £9.99 which was placed on the 27/3/13 due to it being Easter weekend the earliest delivery day i could get was the 2/4/13.
After receiving a phone call explaining that the bed could not be delivered on the Tuesday and requesting me to phone to re-arrange a new delivery date,after phoning to be told that the earliest the company could deliver would be Friday 5/4/13,as you can appreciate i have re-arranged plans to make sure that i was in for delivery on the Tuesday but was happy to take delivery on the Friday!
I was told on the phone that i would take upon delivery between the hours of 8-6 on the 5/4/13,at about 5.30pm on the Friday after staying in all day with my daughter i rang through to customer services to explain that i had not taken delivery of the bed and wanted to know what was happening,the gent that i spoke to said he would contact the courier and get them to ring me asap.
I quoted to the gent i spoke to that i was very disappointed that i had not been contacted at all via email or phone to explain why i had not taken delivery upon the date specified and that i felt it was an insult that a delivery charge of £9.99 was being charged for something that has not turned up,which he happily said i can refund you the delivery charge and get in contact with the courier on my behalf.
The courier rang me as stated above on Saturday 6/4/13 and stated that i would take delivery on Monday 8/4/13,once i took delivery of the bed i was astonished to find that 2 of the boxes were damaged on the outside and the bed parts inside was damaged in several areas (photos of which have already been sent) also not only was the boxes/bed damaged but i had only taken receipt of 4 out of the 5 boxes!
After ringing the courier twice and not being able to get hold of anyone,i then took it upon myself to ring customer services to explain i was missing a box,the courier rang me back the following day )Tues 9/4/13 to say the missing box would turn up on Weds 10/4/13 and as u can fully appreciate a bed turning up damaged then a box missing is not great customer service in the slightest!
Upon ringing your customer service team and going through to your automated services,it specified that any after sales queries was being dealt via email,which was no help to me what so ever as i had recently moved into a new property with no internet services available,so i took it upon myself to go through to customer services and explain my situation,the woman that i spoke to was extremely unhelpful and rude and there was NO confirming of my personal details,nothing what so ever until i was asked to confirm the order No. to which she replied whats your postcode and now can you confirm your name and address,as you can appreciate i could have been anybody ringing and there was no apologies for the above situation and only told me to send pictures of the damaged bed to your after sales team,of which i quoted i dont have internet and am unable to do so and asked if there was anyone who i could speak to regarding the matters above,the response that i was given was the after sales lines should be up and running the next day Tues 9/4/13 and that we are an internet based company!
My reply to this was yes i appreciate that you are an internet based company but you do have phones for sales and after sales support as to which are not up and running,the sales lines you are able to get straight through but the only thing that is specified for after sales is that due to the high volume of calls we are dealing with after sales through email only! Which i think is terrible.Upon ending my call with this adviser all i was told was to try ringing back tomorrow Tues 9/4/13 when phones lines should be back up and running and see if i could get on someones internet to send through the pictures.
At this point i came off the phone very frustrated and annoyed and decided to ring customer services back and this time to start taking names of people who i have been dealing with,after speaking to another advisor,again who has not very helpful and rude and abrupt,i re laid back to this adviser the above information and as prior to my previous phone call,after which the advisor did offer to email after sales on my behalf and asked to get them to call me regarding the above issues,to which i accepted,at this point i came off the phone to the advisor and was seriously thinking about requesting a refund and packing the bed back up for collection!
After speaking with another advisor in after sales on Tues 9/4/13,who may i add was very helpful and is the 1 person who has saved me from canceling the whole order and obtaining a refund from your company!
The advisor was very sorry to hear how i had been dealt with by others from your customer services team and was only to happy to help in any which way she could,after having a brief conversation with the adisor i sent her pictures of the damaged bed and boxes to herself and she was happy to send out another whole bed to which i was then able to take 2 beds and try and make 1 good bed from them,but the problems did not end there.
The advisor said we can get a new bed out to you on Fri 12/4/13 and collect the damaged bed on Mon 15/4/13 as this would give me time to look over the new bed and take the parts that were not damaged and make a complete undamaged bed,i received an email from the advisor early Fri (12/4/13) asking if i could confirm if i had a call from the couriers to confirm delivery,which i had not,so once again i waited in all day upon taking receipt of a another new bed,which had not turned up.
At this point i emailed the advisor on Fri 12/4/13 to specify that it was 2pm and i had a feeling the bed was not going to turn up today (fri) and could she please ring me so i would have some sort of update rather than being left in the dark once again!
I did not receive this phone call from the advisor and was once again left with no bed to sleep on.
Finally on Monday 15/4/13 the bed turned up after receiving a phone call from the Courier on Sat 13/4/13 saying it would turn up Monday,the bed that did finally turn up was also damaged and looked like it had been used previously sent back and re-packaged as there was bracket marks on the posts! (As of which i have 2 photos that i will forward after this email to the advsior)
(Sent x 2 photos of replacement bed as damaged /used,today Mon 22/4/13)
After sending an email to the advisor on Thurs 18/4/13 to let her know that i had received another bed on Mon 15/4/13 and that it was damaged also but i was able to make 1 bed good bed out of them both,plus i would also like collection of the damaged goods asap i got an email back from the advisor later on that day saying sorry for the delay of getting back to me and that she would arrange collection for Weds or Fri this week as it is a 2 man service,to which i replied Weds 24/4/13 would be fine but lets see if a delivery/collection actually takes place when its suppose to!
So in summary i have paid over £400 for a bed and a standard of service that i feel is appalling and way below standard,Main points are as follows below:
*Nothing turned up on correct days
*Rude,unhelpful customer services
*Sub standard goods being sent out
*No call backs OR emails when specified
*3 weeks from point of ordering to finally getting a complete bed
*No confirmation of details when ringing
*false information being given (saying phone lines should be back up and running,when clearly there were not)
* Loss of earnings due to deliveries not turning up when specified
As i hope you can fully appreciate from my experience with your company,i am hoping for a prompt response with regards to this matter.

Well, so far it's not been a good experience dealing with BedWorld. So far we've had a mattress delivered a few days ago, then today I took the day off work to wait for the bed to come. The courier turned up, I asked them to wait until I checked in the box, but they just drove off. The box was just the bed head. No bed frame! Why ? Why just a bed head? Now we have no clue when the bed frame is coming, or why it never came with the bed head. Zero communication. I'm disgusted with the service we have had and have yet to find out when the bed frame is coming, which means more days to book off work to wait in all day. Have the decency to communicate with your customers and keep them updated. If you were only turning up with a bed head and no bed, then tell us in advance and give a reason why. I'm still waiting for some explanation as to what's going on, or some idea when the bed frame is coming.
