Did everything they could, but needs to use more reliable couriers!
We ordered a hutch from Worldstores and chose the delivery day. When the item wasn't delivered I had trouble with the couriers that Worldstores use... XPD...They lied about trying to deliver it and we had to wait over the weekend for the delivery to finally arrive. Through all this we cannot fault Worldstores. Everytime I emailed they have emailed back or left me a voicemail and were very sorry that the delivery was delayed. They also admit to having had problems with XPD. They have also refunded our delivery charge for the hutch. So....Thank you Worldstores, but consider changing your couriers as they are making you look inefficient and uncaring.
