i ordered a king size bed frame for my son and his partner, a van arrived 3 days later on the friday, i went to there home to help put it together, when i got there i saw that it was only a double size, i phoned the company and they told me it would be the following week when they would receive their king size, which meant that they would have to sleep on the floor for 5 nights till the wednesday. the delivery van arrived this lunch time, ( wednesday ) and AGAIN IT WAS A DOUBLE SIZE FRAME, i am very ANGRY with this, i also have phoned them umpteen times only to be told i should send an email, i didnt even get chance to explain to the lady what was happening as she put the phone down on me. i have sent them an email to say i am now canceling my order and want my money back.
Thank you for your review. I am really sorry to hear that you received the incorrect bed, especially twice. I can see that a king was definitely ordered and so I am looking to see what has gone wrong. I will be in touch shortly to resolve this order.
