I have spent considerable time this morning searching for an email from yourself (your partners email address) and have been unable to confirm that we have received this email. I am not sure as to why this has happened, but please be reassured that on working days (during working hours) it is our aim to respond to all correspondence immediately and we would never intentionally ignore any email.
I have spoken to your partner to confirm that you have taken delivery of the order and just explained that we also have a telephone service, which by you can make requests for changes of delivery address etc.
