Wowcher puts low-cost fun into my life

I recently went on a Wowcher low-cost hotel break with a friend. It was brilliant. The hotel was lovely - our room, the food, and the hotel staff were all excellent. Two nights for two people in a lovely place with excellent breakfasts, all for £79. You can't beat that!

I can tell this wowcher to my family and friends. The deal are so good and great. I dont have to shop in the store for something of the things which every convenient. I loved shopping with wowcher.

In all honesty I could not live without wowcher, I am on it everyday and the deals are just amazing I am beyond addicted! When I speak to people about wowcher and they don't know what it is I am in shock! So I tell everyone all about it 24/7. The bargains on wowcher are unreal there so cheap for such amazing deals! I'm not able to acquire as many wowcher points that made the website so incredible as before.So i might have to close my account and go somewhere else.

My experience of the wowcher system has so far been without doubt extremely well "WOW". I am very happy with my purchases through wowcher and will definitely carry on. Everything has always gone smoothly with them and their associates. I definitely DO-NOT have any complaints about them at all. Thank You WOWCHER.

Very useful. Good deals. Relevant to your interests. You end up trying restaurants you would never otherwise go to.

Only one complaint, holidays advertised always seem to exclude single travellers!

Whenever I see an interesting hotel, or holiday offer, it never seems to be for single travellers, its always based on two people sharing which isn't good for singles.

I like the offers. They are varied. I like how they are sectioned into geographical area. This means If i plan a trip i can see if there are any offers in the area i am travelling.

Poor customer service!

Having ordered a trip for Madrid for 2 using Wowcher I attempted to redeem the wowcher and found the Weekender Breaks company to be extremely unhelpful. They were unable to provide any information and failed to call back on a number of occasions after stating they would do so. As a result of this I decided it would be easier not to redeem the wowcher and to get a full refund. Having sent an e-mail requesting a refund the day after purchase, I am yet to hear anything (a further 3 days later). As a student the money that I spent on the wowcher is extremely important and I simply wanted a reply stating that I would be fully refunded as in line with the terms and conditions.

really is a wow in wowcher

you must register on this site . have had fantastic deals with wowcher and saved a lot of money. if you have a problem redeeming your vouchers get in touch with them and they sort it out .
look forward to my daily deal e-mails.

Great site

I think that wowcher is an excellent sitem however I do have one issue.

I did purchase 24 solar stainless steel bollard lights from The Sharper Edge (was £118.80) OR redeem for a Wowcher Wallet Credit.

I was an oversite on my behalf and i did not redeem my voucher on time. I did send an email to the Wowcher customer care and asked if it would be possible to still reedem my voucher but i have heard nothing.

i think the wowcher deals are one of the best out there. Every deal has been really good value for money, and i have bought many as gifts. And will continue to do so in the future.

Have not received goods and after waiting in excess of 15 min for call to be answered, CS rep told me I have to take it up with company - not acceptable

No different from any other scam company apart from the audacity to advertise

I have always been tempted by the deals on this site, it was only a matter of time before I purchase one however, I wish that I hadn't now. I purchased a voucher for hayfever tablets, and had to wait a few days before the voucher would activate. However, that voucher wouldn't download on my computer so I contacted the company asking for a refund. I was wanting and the tablets pretty soon and purchasing via Wowcher turned it into a longer process. All I received regarding the email I sent requesting a refund was an automated response that they had received my email I would be in touch soon, and not to contact them again because it will take a while. This was two weeks ago. However, on a separate issue they emailed me a couple of days later saying that there would be an extra charge the postage that I would have to pay on the site where I would order the tablets from and if I did not wish to pay this I could request a refund on my order instead. I sent another email saying I would require a refund and received yet another automated response this was 10 days ago. I tried calling the number on the website and the phone rings twice then says, "this service is no longer available". I am left incredibly perplexed as to why such a well known company would not try and establish a customer service different from that of all the scam companies out there, phones which won't be answered and emails that don't get responded to... I'd be very surprised if I got my money back.

Wowcher couldn't supply an item I had bought one of their wowchers for, so having had my money for a while I only found out that the lamp I had bought as a gift for my grandson hadn't turned up when I spoke to his mother.I made the first of the many calls I've made to date to wowcher! I was given a refund.
The next time I called was because I had a problem with a bracelet. As it was becoming more and more frustrating trying to resolve the issue I asked for a refund was told I would have to except a credit that was only valid for three months. I then wanted to buy bras. I thought I had ordered large but my wowcher said I had ordered extra large. so I again asked for a refund, again I got a credit.
This brought me to trying to buy my latest nightmare. I used my credits to buy a satche. The wowcher I was told could be used on 11th. May. I tried to use it on Style pertential web page, these were the company selling the bag. I went through all the questions to be told at the end that my wowcher code wasn't valid. I contacted wowcher who told me I had used it too soon. I read out the e-mail with my wowcher code to be told that the offer had been extented and I now had to wait until 15th. before I could use my wowcher.This left me with less time to redeem it. I waited and went through all the questions again and at the end was told my wowcher had already been used!!
I again contacted wowcher and was told I needed to contact the company.I looked for a telephone number for them and there wasn't one. I contacted wowcher and they said they had one that you could only leave a message on so they left my details.I heard nothing. Then out of the blue I had a conformation e-mail from the company telling me my order had been recieved and my bag would be shipped in due course.
I then got an e-mail from wowcher to say my wowcher was about to expire and I would lose my money so I contacted wowcher again and told them of the e-mail. They said I needed to contact the company again so I replied to their message it came back undelivered mail. I then forwarded their message back to them with my message attached, I am still waiting for a reply. I then got a message from wowcher telling me my wowcher had expired and I had lost my money. Last Thursday I again called wowcher and went through it all with them a very polite female called Julie/Juliet took my mobile number and my e-mail address and said someone would be in touch.It is now monday evening I haven't had a call or a message nor a satchel!!!
I shall not be using wowcher again, infact I will call them tomorrow and if they donot refund my money I shall be taking this matter further.

Anyone there!?

I brought a beauty package on wowcher spent a week trying to contact the salon with no answer requested a refund from wowcher, after just over a week wowcher replied with an email they had sent the salon. The salon contacted me to say they would call the next day with no surprise they didn't now trying to contact wowcher again who will probably only refuse the refund as has been over the 7 days very disappointed customer! Will not be using them again!

Does anyone at Wowcher work on emails?

The amount of people, other than myself, saying they have not got a response from their email is unbelievable. I am still waiting for a response from emailing last week. Why do we need to email again with the subject TRUST? You should be replying to all of our emails by date received so we all get answered...

Quality range of deals to tempt you!

There are so many different types of deals on Wowcher and you are sure to find to suit your taste and budget. Wowcher resolved my voucher problem almost immediately

Different from other reviews posted, I was amazed by the speed at which my problem was resolved.

Having purchased a voucher my internet connection was interrupted during the order process but after the voucher number had been accepted. This meant that the voucher was no longer valid and there was only one more day until the voucher finished.

I contacted Wowcher and within fifteen minutes all was fixed and the order was processed.

Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Great offers and service ... until something goes wrong!!

Hi ... I have made many purchases via WOWCHER and been very pleased with all the items, except for 3 Hoodies that were too small, and delayed delivery of a storage unit. In both cases I was very disappointed with the lack of support from Wowcher ... with the Hoddies I was advised I had to deal with the company direct, and I've had to send 2 chasers re the non delivery of the storiage unit in the past week. I believe that WOWCHER have introduced us to these providers and should be using their relationship to resolve our issues. However, with approx 30 purchases, it is a very small percentage of issues I have been involved in.

GOOD FAST AND EFFICIENT

WOWCHER HAVE SOME VERY GOOD DEALS AND THE SAVINGS ARE GREAT. I HAVE BOUGHT A NUMBER OF DIFFERENT ITEMS AND HAVE BEEN PLEASED WITH THEM ALL. WHEN I HAD TO CANCEL ONE OFFER I HAD PURCHASED THERE WAS NO PROBLEM AT ALL.VERY PLEASED WITH EVE3RYTHING REGARDING WOWCHER.

It is very easy to use the vouchers and to obtain your item. I made a mistake on one order but I emailed them to find out what to do and they could not have been more helpful and arranged a full refund for me even though it was my fault. I regularly tell my family and friends about wowcher. I work in a hospice which is funded by charity so we don,t earn a lot but my work colleagues and I have had some good evenings out using the wowcher deals. Definitely will continue to recommend wowcher.
