Functionality!

I purchased my new kitchen from Wren as their price was so competitive, even my fitter who usually fits for another kitchen company couldn't believe the difference in price! He said 'I'll need to tell them what their competitors are charging!' Anyway, the staff at Wren couldn't have been more helpful...and patient, as I changed my mind on a couple of things....well, that's a woman's prerogative lol. I would recommend you try them first. I don't think you'll be disappointed...also, my new kitchen has much more functionality now, thanks to Wren!!

Wren you need a kitchen fly to the local Wren showroom.

I would highly recommend Wren they were very friendly and helpful from the beginning to end. The kitchen was delivered exactly on time. The cabinets are fully assembled, no need to spend hours putting them together! The build quality far exceeds other companys. We had a few little things that needed replacing and it was no problem to them and was ordered immediately with no question. I have already recommended Wren to my son and a friend who will be installing very soon.

Poor service.

Purchased a small installation to add to our existing kitchen. Sales and design service all very pleasant and professional, so far so good. When we received the delivery (on time) we found it was missing doors and that the worktop did not have edging all the way around it (I specifically asked about this during the design consultation). My first criticism is that there was no communication regarding this either before or during delivery. As we only live a mile or so from the store (Colchester) we went in and spoke to the manager who apologised (sort of) and told us he would sort it out the next day. After chase up calls he said we'd receive the replacement parts 'next week'. A couple of days later I called the store for an update only to find out that the parts hadn't been ordered and that the doors would be another two weeks. The edging turned up today (they expect me to fit it!?) and it is the wrong colour. Now awaiting further update (regarding replacement edging - still no doors) but after reading recent reviews I'm expecting a long slog. Not happy with the service (after receiving a half-hearted apology you don't get the feeling that they're really that bothered) or the fact that our kitchen looks ridiculous with no doors and incomplete edging.

Thank you for your review, we're pleased to hear you were happy with our sales and design service, but we apologise that you were missing some doors and you had problems with your worktop and edging. The longer lead time on the doors is unfortunately due to the shortages we are incurring at the moment, but the store manager has advised these are due into store on 25th April, and a fitter will be arranged to fit these and the edging for you.

The store manager Russell will also speak to you himself once you are satisfied with the work carried out.

Once again our apologies for the inconveniences but we are confident these issues are now in hand to be resolved as quickly as possible for you.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and in fact have had neighbours in my house to see my new kitchen

From the very beginning when this company was recommended to me from a work colleague both my husband and myself were very impressed. From the initial consultation with our designer to the actual fitting of the kitchen we have absoutely no complaints and it was a pleasure to deal with this company and their staff either in person or on the telephone. Excellent service.

Having looked for bedroom furniture online and in several stores, I popped into Wren, Lakeside, on the off-chance. I really liked the bedroom ranges and the prices were excellent compared to everything else I had seen.
I was served by Agnes and explained my requirements and some potential delivery issues. She had to contact the warehouse to make some enquiries for me and she was very helpful and great at keeping me up to speed with developments. Wren really went the extra mile for me. The delivery arrived on time and the drivers were extremely polite and friendly. Great service and stylish furniture.

Quality products and excellent customer service!

We purchased a high end kitchen from Wren and have not been disappointed with our choice. Cabinets are pre assembled which is fabulous for a quick fit. All staff were extremely helpful and we had a great kitchen designer who also came out to double check the measurements we had supplied were correct. Really good comms around delivery, the delivery guys were smart and very pleasant to deal with. We purchased our kitchen in the sale and got it at an extremely reasonable price, if you can hang on till the next one you'll grab yourself a cracking bargain!

I am disgusted with the overall service wish I went elsewhere

I cannot believe how bad the customer service from Wren has been I really wish I checked the reviews before I placed my order.
I ordered my kitchen and paid in full in February and its now April and I still have parts missing. I have called the store a number if times and each time I get told I will be called back and then I go days without hearing anything. I've been unable to move into my new property and this has left me stressed and upset on a daily basis as I cannot move into my home. Each time I call I get told I'll receive a call bck but then I go days without hearing anything. I've asked to speak to an area manager but each time I end up speaking to another store employee.

I'm disgusted and stressed and will be seeking legal advice if this issue is not resolved as soon as possible

The first and LAST time I will shop at Wren Living

Where to start with this horror show of a company, Rude customer service at the beginning (although it did get better after dealing with Laura who is a credit to your company and why you got the extra star) , faulty goods, dressing table with the glass broken. After spending £800 on bedside furniture you would think Wren would offer a gesture of good will NOT there senior management. They seem to think its ok to waste customers time. You can always tell how decent a company is by there after sales and after the stress and anguish that these lot have caused me I shall in the future be spending my money elsewhere. What could have been solved in a matter of minutes has dragged on for a week and they have lost a customer for life. Buyers beware of the Wren experience!!!!

kitchen nightmare

Stay away . Oncecthey have your money they want nothing to do with you. I ordered my kitchen from the solihull store. The designer visited us in our home. Measured the kitchen. We had to lend them a tape measure!!. Then we went into store. For the design. We were pleasently surprised at the price. £1500 cheaper than magnet . We were told that the quality from wren wasnt the same but we took a chance. Because of the saving. That was our first mistake. As soon as the deposit was paid . There was a change of attitude. We were promised a fitter would visit us . To check the kitchen would fit. But no body contacted us.We phoned and requested a visit 4 times!! But no one turned up. We began to think we had made a mistake. We went to the showroom and spoke to the manager. He promised simeone would be out the same day. No one phoned or called to say sorry. We had a builder friend check the measurements. They were wrong. The desigher had planned a wall unit over the window and a base unit over the door. We immediately went to the showroom to cancel. We were treated like it was our fault. And we were worrying over nothing as the sales manager said. We cancelled our kitchen . And went with magnet. A completely different experience. We now have a beautiful kitchen. Thank god we cancelled with wren. I cant imagine the mess if we hadnt

I looked at the rest Now I have found the best in wren kitchens

I can highly recommend Wren kitchens From the very start to completion it has been a pleasure Help with the design Advice The Price was very competitive The installers were very helpful very clean No mess at All Even replaced a damaged door with in 2 days after completing the kitchen installation After sales support has been first class
I can honestly recommend Wren kitchens to any one who is looking for a first class service and an fantastic lovely kitchen

Do not give Wren a penny

I put a £750 deposit on a wren kitchen on 7/3/2014
After talking to my builder who had not heard anything good about Wren, I checked the internet.
I cancelled the kitchen 5 days later
it's now 10/4/2014.
34 days after cancelling and I still have not received a penny of my deposit.
I am so glad I cancelled.
DO NOT GIVE WREN A PENNY.

Bright and beautiful

Looking to replace your kitchen, go to wrens there collection and workmanship are second to none. Fitters are excellent arrive on time clean up as they go. Solid sturdy units. Fitters will also add any extras if required I.e fitting lights etc

avoid wren, after 5 months still kitchen incomplete.

Used wrens own fitter but lots of parts were missing or
were wrong colour. It's been 5 months and still kitchen incomplete. Every time I speak to them they say it will be sorted, next Monday or following Friday . But it never happens. Now I am considering to take legal action . By the way I bought my kitchen from their Solihull branch.

Bad decision, apologies to B&Q

I work for B&Q who have a fantastic range of kitchens etc. I apologise unreservedly for using Wren Living, a decision I bitterly regret. The incompetence of the staff in the Southampton branch beggars belief. Most of the kitchen that we ordered arrived with just the odd door handle missing, the wrong hinges for the larder unit, the wrong slides for the drawers in the larder unit, filler panels missing. Several members of the store staff tried to help in their own bungling manner.
The correct hinges arrived for the larder cabinet and a door handle was found the the back store room. Replacement filler panels arrived but were for a different style of kitchen suite. Drawer slides were ordered to be delivered to the store for checking before delivery to me. They were delivered to my house, damaged and the wrong colour, the look of astonishment on the face of the staff when I took them back to the showroom had to be seen to be believed. The girl on the reception desk asked if I could not use some of the drawers. THEY ARE. THE WRONG COLOUR AND ARE ALL DAMAGED! This will take 2 to 4 working days to get delivered, which in fact means another working week without a completed kitchen. I spoke to the manager this morning and she told me that as a gesture of goodwill, a fitter will come to some bits out. A GESTURE OF GOODWILL???? The problems are all of WRENS making. I have managed a national chain garage and the customer services manager to a global security company so I understand customer expectations of service and delivery. Wren fail miserably on all accounts. I will do my utmost to deter people from using this company.tomorrow I shall be talking to the managing director who, I am assured, will listen and make things happen. I shall also be investigating the possibility of returning this purchase with a full refund.
If you live in Southampton and are considering a new kitchen etc., PLEASE look in at the showroom ant B&Q Nursling. They have come a long way in quality.

Just had another meeting with the manager. " the grey drawers are the correct ones for the style of kitchen that you bought".
" yes, and?"
Manager shrugs shoulders and raises eyebrows " they are correct, the designer ordered the wrong ones" ( one in the back for you Colin!).
" yes, and?
"They are the right ones!"
"They are damaged, did I your staff not tell you that?"
"No, I'll order a new set that will take 2 to 4 working days". "Sorry".
The Southampton branch have "sorry's" by the bagful but come up woefully short on good business practice. That's my opinion which I am entitled to, as I was told this morning.

A Pleasant Experience

A new kitchen I needed and so shopped around
Luckily with “Wren” in Ipswich it was not long before one I found.

With Ben Everett, the designer, I discussed my needs and,
A few cups of tea later a layout and model were agreed.

Regarding the delivery, we were kept up to date
It was as promised and the guys were great.

All items were delivered as ordered and in good state
Nothing missing nor damaged, on time and not late.

Toby Moore was my Account Manager,
A more helpful person will be hard to find
He answered my queries promptly and was always at hand;
Truly he is one of a kind.

I found the whole experience pleasant and stress free
So if a kitchen you want – Go to “Wren”
And be happy like me!

Wren designed my Kitchen in 2014 as good as St. Paul's cathedral in 1675

From the moment I walked in the door at Wren I felt welcome, the team were excellent from design to fitting and beyond.
I was really impressed with the cabinets as they come ready made and are as solid a piece of furniture as your likely to find anywhere.
Their timing is very punctual from first measurement through fitters measurement work top measurement right to the finish.

excellent service from start to finish

After a shaky start where we had an appointment with the designer who wasn't there when we arrived for us to view our plans, we spoke to John Hill the store manager who dealt with everything. The service wad faultless and the quality of the products are second to none. John hill worked with me to secure the best deal and always kept there promise to beat any quote. I was assigned an accounts manager called Ben who wad also excellent always contactable, courteous and professional. I would recommend wren to anyone.
