When I ordered the Nike jacket from you I was given the information that delivery would be 5 working days. That turned out to be 8 working days as the item was only delivered on Friday afternoon the 6th December. The email I got from Ups on Wednesday 4th said delivery would be on Thursday 5th. I was asked for delivery instructions when I placed the order and I said if nobody in to leave at Mr King at No 19 or Mr Allan at No 23 or leave in the porch at the rear of the house. I was only out of the house on Friday for a short time and typically the delivery arrived. Luckily Mr Allan at No 23 saw the driver as he was returning to his vehicle and said he would take the parcel. He got the impression the driver was just going to leave. He obviously did not have the instruction if nobody was in. The Ups information said the parcel weighed 20 kilos and thank goodness it did not as I did not fancy trying to play golf wearing a 20 kilo jacket. All in all I was not impressed. Hopefully if I ever use you again you might make a better effort. Jim Jackson
I ordered a junior set of clubs around a month ahead of my sons birthday with a five to ten day delivery time. After two weeks I contacted them and asked where it was. At this point they realised it wasn't in stock. I'm still not clear when they were planning on telling me if I didn't chase. I phoned them back the next day and checked their site for an alternative product (the first item was still showing on the site as in stock). I asked them (on a Monday) to confirm another product was in stock and could be delivered by Friday. They said they would check and call me back in ten minutes. Five hours later I called them again having not heard back. They apologised, said they did have the item and would deliver by Friday. On Thursday (what were they doing in between times?) they contacted me to say they actually didn't have that item either. Absolutely terrible service, go somewhere else where they don't lie to you.

First time I have used this company and will certainly use them again , I bought 2 nike golf caps and they were £5-£6 cheaper than the major sports shops.
Wanted a pair of these boots last year but couldn't get them in the UK. 118golf had the size in stock, it was easy to order and they delivered by the weekend in time for golf on Sunday Wore them and they are so comfortable. Others who saw them were impressed and are planning on getting some so I have recommended them to 118golf.
Really great service and will definitely visit the site again.
Only complaint is that the msge regarding posting was not visible on package...( i.e. If necessary drop over side gate etc etc ,) so postman wld not have been able to comply with request. So, what's the point in stating on the order form about "any special instructions" as yr Packaging Dept doesn't read them....
We have ordered several items from 118 golf and have been extremely impressed with the high level of service. We will definitely be ordering from 118 golf in the future.
I was drawn to a very appealing offer of Ping Deluxe golf winter mittens at what appeared to be a very good price. The photograph on the web site confirmed the style and quality of the goods The delivery time for the goods was sated as "within 5 days".
After 9 days I emailed the store and enquired as to where the goods were. They responded with an apology for the unexpected delay and expected to despatch my order the following day. On day 11 (since time of order) A package arrived but it contained a pair of mittens that were not the ones that had been ordered. They were made by the same manufacturer but were a different colour and style from the ones I had ordered. They were made of cheaper materials and the label stated that they were the "basic" model and obviously not the deluxe. I immediately emailed customer services to complain and request the correct order. To date I have had no response from the seller.
After 5 days from ordering my goods I rang 118 golf to see where the status of my purchase was. I was told that it would be sent later that day. When asked if this was normal I was told yes 5 days from order to despatch was acceptable. I expect a much quicker service.
I was told my package was dispatched over a week ago and 118golf have failed to answer any of my emails asking where the parcel is and if they even have proof of postage.
I asked for a refund or replacement but have heard nothing.
In comparison to other online golf outlets the entire experience of shipping to Portugal was relatively simple. Only issue is there is nowhere on order form to add directions for the courier. Also couriers in Portugal, like most European countries like your phone number to appear next to your name. This could be achieved by 118golf IT department doing minor alterations to the label software so it shows this information. In addition they could also have an additional area so you could write detailed directions thus avoiding unnecessary phone calls/emails etc.

It's the first time I've used 118Golf and will definitely use again, I ordered late on Sunday and my footjoy golf boots and fatso golf grip arrived on Tuesday morning at 7:35 - what fantastic service. I thought 118Golf had forgotten the putter grip but when I opened the footjoy golf boot box the grip was inside with the golf boots also the quality of my products was top class. Thank you 118golf. I have just received the order I have been waiting for , it took 10 days from order to delivery and it is not the colour advertised on the web.This is the first time I have used 118 golf, NEVER AGAIN !
I ordered a shirt for my dad for Christmas, the picture stated this had a yellow collar but a red collar was delivered. I emailed them and they apologised and advised me to return and they would refund both item and postage. I was fine with this, since then I have emailed around 8 times, been told I would get a refund for my postage but are still awaiting. They are now just ignoring me emails. I know the postage wasn't much but as it was not my error I don't see why I should pay! Their customer service has a lot to be desire, I would never use them again. Its a shame, such an easy thing to rectify has escalated.
Ordered 11 November and didn't materialise within the expected few days. Despite much correspondence and chasing of 118golf the problem festered for too long before the goods finally arrived today, 15 days after order. Not very impressed at all. Poor chasing and follow up of the issue by 118golf. A poor performance and a big disappointment.
There was a price disparity between your advertised price on your flyer for the Odyssey golf umbrella the promotion price having been stated at £14.99. Upon checking my basket it showed a cost of £24.99 . I assumed the promo document was a typo as the price was still attractive so proceeded with the purchase. However it is unlikely I will use 118 again as I don't like mistakes on pricing.
