Lack of communication

Bought and paid for 3 wood, after 10 days had heard Nothing, took 2 emails to get an answer, has put me off a little. Need a laser rangefinder but would think twice about using this company.

Very quick service and love the product.

The golf shoes look and feel great. My only slight reservation was that I thought there would be a tool to replace spikes supplied with them. I have sent an email to customer services today to find out whether these have to be ordered separately

The worse golf Internet shop I have used

Coming up to 4 weeks since I placed my order and still nothing has arrived. Apparently there are stock issues, but this was not stated at the time of order. Communications are very poor, in particular there is no telephone number to ring.
Overall experience terrible and still havn't received my items

Disappointed with delivery time or lack off

Ordered 2 items on 27/4/12 received 1 on 8/5/12 and still waiting for the 2nd, Very disappointed,delivery should be much much quicker. May no use again

Absolutely Shocking Service

Very very poor communication and would never buy off this company again. They claim that they have stock when they don't. No contact number and don't e-mail you update you on your order. Please....don't use this company. Get a price match at Amercian golf or Direct Golf....don't use this company!!!

Does not look like the same bag i ordered!!!!.

Ordered the cobra weekender travel bag, ( Looks great in the picture), delivery time was ok, but when I opened the bag it has cobra writen in bright yellow letters on the side of the bag, not gray lettering as it appears in the picture, I would never have ordered this bag if I had known about the yellow lettering (very disapointed), if I want to return this bag I have to pay again for expensive postage and that would take the overall price up to other competitors prices, so it looks like I am stuck with the bag. Very disapointed, apart from the bright yellow lettering Its a nice bag.

Quite slow and 2 items that were supposed to be in stock are "to follow".

Delivery was quite slow from time of placing order. Two items ordered that were claimed to be in stock were not and have been left "to follow".

Great price and excellent service

I need a basic product was pleasantly surprised to discover it was an official item which I hadn't appreciated when ordering. I though it would just be generic version. This was great as I was already pleased with the price so it seemed even better value. I was offered a range of delivery prices which were all reasonable and the item arrived at the quickest side of the estimate for delivery. All in all a very good value and effecient service. Will definitely return in the future.

Shocking communication, will never use again.

They didn't have a telephone number for contact purposes so had to rely on email - had to chase them to find out why there was a delay, got an email back saying the item would be despatched on a certain day - it never was, this sort of experience puts you off using operators like these so I will never use these people again.

Ordered one day, delivered the next!

I ordered a new Callaway wedge and a dozen golf balls and selected free delivery from the options available, expecting to have to wait a while for them to arrive. I was very pleasantly surprised to receive an e-mail later the same day confirming that my order had been despatched by courier. It arrived early next morning well packaged and exactly as described on-line.

I'll definitely be using 118golf again in the future.

Poor Customer Service

I ordered a number of items which took around 10 days to be delivered and when the parcel was received it did not have all the items on my order. I contacted customer services by email and was advised that the missing item was now discontinued so I asked for a refund. Over a month later and I am still waiting on my refund and have had no response to my last two emails. There are plenty other good golfing websites out there and I know what one I won't be using again......118golf.

Very Good

Product arrived 2 days after it was ordered, 2 days earlier than promised and communication regarding the order was prompt and helpful. I would definately use again and recommend.
