I placed an order with 118golf on 17th December (last date for ordering to ensure Xmas delivery). The order has still not been dispatched and despite sending 4 complaint e-mails and even asking for a full refund (money was taken from my account on 20th December), I have not had any response whatsoever !! I have noticed however that the order date has been changed on the My Orders section of the website to show the order date as 27th December now instead of the 17th for some reason. Also the order total is now showing an incorrect amount from that of the order made & the money taken from my bank account. What is this company playing at ? Why can they not at least respond to e-mails and say what the problem is ? When will I get my money back ???? This is not acceptable at all.
