My order was processed quickly and I was notified of the item leaving 118 Golf on 22nd Jan. I checked the state of the delivery on 25th Jan and asked for tracking details for Fedex. 118 gave a tracking code and said the item was out for delivery. I tried to activate the tracking code but the Fedex web site would not reconise it. The item was finally delivered on 28th Jan. Can I suggest that when notifying a client of dispatch that an effective tracking code is given and that your carrier is expeditious in delivering the item.

Good Morning Arthur, We are sorry to hear that you order was slow to be delivered, and hopefully this will not deter you from using 118Golf in the future. We have looked into trying to send out tracking codes when you receive the email confirming that your item has been despatched, but unfortunately, we are unable to access the tracking codes until approximately 24 hours after despatch, by which point, 99% of our orders that have gone be courier would have arrived at their intended destination.
